I recently went to Dairy Queen and ordered a banana split and it was really fresh and tasted great
Sidra was the one who helped me and she was very polite and professional!
She made sure my order was correct and handled everything quickly even though it was busy
The customer service was honestly what stood out the most.

Been twice since the opening. Service is super friendly and attentive. Seems like they are young high school students? But they do a great job. Everything is ready insanely fast. I found the fries a bit mushy, so I opted for onion rings next time around. Those were great. My co-worker found the hamburger meat a little off putting, it does have different texture than other places. But I didn’t have much of a problem with it.

I really hope this reaches the right person. My experience on the first two times were amazing. The first time I brought my children who had never visited Dairy Queen. And as my first time bringing them, I wanted it to be special so originally I wanted to get them the ice cream with the either red shell on the outside or the one with the chocolate shell and we didn’t end up getting that because they had $7 meal deals, which I thought was perfect, it had ice cream already in the meal a burger or chicken with fries and a drink. It was perfect! Not only was the food yummy yet still it was fulfilling. Mainly the service was top-tier literally. I came for a second time today and when I came, I was not given the proper order, a simple mistake they forgot my ice cream for each meal deal which was no biggie, but when I say they corrected my order so politely and didn’t give me any problem or any issue and everybody was so so polite. Everyone there needs and deserve a raise because they are very very polite people and they treat people with kindness and that is very rare nowadays. I thank you guys for holding a great standard for Dairy Queen and giving my children a very first time wonderful experience from a place that was so nostalgic from my childhood God bless you and thank you for listening.

I recently visited Dairy Queen and had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The Blizzard was out of this world – hands down the best I’ve had from any fast food place. The mix of flavors and the perfect blend of toppings made it a real treat.
The food was also fantastic, far exceeding my expectations for a fast food chain. Everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The service was quick and efficient, and it was clear that the staff knew what they were doing.
A special shoutout to Saif, who gave us outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to him, our visit was even more enjoyable.
We’ll definitely be going back to this Dairy Queen. It’s our new favorite spot for delicious ice cream and great food. Highly recommended!
