I have been going to Starbucks for a VERY long time. Which isn’t surprising if you knew about my coffee addiction lol. My experience at this store hit my 20 out of 10 meter!
They not only are very personable, good at their job, but I swear a couple of these people have ESP! I drove up in a hurry, thankful for one there wasn’t a line, and the gal not only took my order with obvious with joy in her job, but she seemed to know how i wanted my drink! When I arrived at the window and laughingly mentioned that she giggled and said something like “That’s our job!” She asked if I had tried their new foam and I told her I had not. She told me how great it was so I told her I’d try it next time! She asked if I’d like to tryShe then said “Would you like to try it now?” I said “Sure” and she grabbed me a shot of it. Your cold foam was heavenly! Creamy with a touch of sweetness. I am asking for it in my next drink! So much better than whip cream!! Definitely recommend this Starbucks!

Natalie was horrible she harassed me over my cigarette cal state law says 25 feet from door she felt untitled to remove me from what she says was Starbucks property…. Which even the sidewalk is city property … while I been waiting for 25 mins for my coffee she was more worried about my cigarette then filling my order … I understand if you are having a bad day … but the level of unprofessional was bad enough to make me drive

I have not been pleased with this Starbucks customer service for a while ( my granddaughter and I come here at least once a week since it is in walking distance)…however it seems to be getting better lately. I want to give props to the little gal that set up this coloring station for the kids, what a great idea!

This location is always out of something and the drink quality varies wildly. Starbucks, as a company, has a quality control issue but this location is one of the worst.

Super disappointed with this location. Will not return, especially considering other coffee shops and breakfast places are nearby. I ordered a drink and a sandwich early in the morning when I got off of work. I was exhausted and very hungry as I hadn’t eaten a thing all shift. The drink wasn’t good or made to the correct specs but the sandwich was outright embarrassing. When I took it out, one side wasn’t cooked at all. I had already left so I thought “whatever I’m hungry, I’ll just eat it”. What a mistake.
I took a small nibble, not good, but definitely not the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. Then I actually took a bite and the inside was COMPLETELY ICE COLD. As in colder-than-my-iced-beverage cold. I know this because when I took a sip of my drink to wash the disgusting sandwich right out of my mouth, it wasn’t as cold as the egg inside of the sandwich!! Like I mentioned, I just pulled a graveyard shift, I was hungry, I already left, I’m upset at this point, haven’t eaten all night; serious hanger is happening. I can’t go back and throw an uncooked breakfast sandwich at somebody’s face like a disappeared toddler so I decide to eat what I can from this monstrosity and just go on with my day. I psyched myself out telling my brain, “it’s the gazpacho of sandwiches, the bacon is cold cuts.” I figured being as hungry as I was I could just stomach it and make it through. I finally got to a bite with bacon and it was stringy, almost gristly in texture, and unable to be chewed.
You win this round, Shitbucks.

I brought my mom today for her birthday, she had a reward on her phone and wanted to use it. We came through the drive thru and had the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. From the lady taking our order to the gentleman who gave us our drinks both of their attitudes were unacceptable if you have a problem with your job go somewhere else. It was not busy but you could get faster service at the DMV. No welcome to Starbucks, no thank you they just said her Starbucks card didn’t work but then when they were told what coupon it magically worked and they closed the door in her face. I feel bad for her because this was her special day and the employees here were pathetic in delivering customer service. I sure do hope they never have to experience that on their birthday. That is why we have Scooters in the Midwest and never have these problems, Starbucks was here favorite but won’t be after today.
