Service is garbage! On this good morning , Im coming in from a long drive out of town with my elder mother and a friend that works in the area. I’m not sure what the looks on all the females faces were about but it was disturbing! I said hello as I walked in, to the manager but it seemed as tho she choked as she responded to my goodmorning, we used the restroom and proceeded to order. I asked my mother to tell the young ladies what she wanted as I needed to grab my wallet from the car As I’m walking back in I see my mother being treated inappropriately no patience for an elder one young woman just kept repeating herself that my mother needs to order at the register but I’m already at the register to pay when she is finished ordering. I always come to this Dunkin’ Donuts and honestly I’m appalled from the moment I was getting out of my car I’m being stared at by the manager but not being greeted! If I’m walking into an establishment I should be greeted and the staff should be patient with any customers! TRASH TRASH TRASH CLEAN IT UP! Not for me but for the community I’ve never seen anyone else be treated the way my mother was treated. no one called out the order or faced the order so we could see what it was and I don’t believe out of all my years in the food industry is this behavior acceptable! Store located at 360 Jacksonville rd!

The girls in the store are so awesome! I can’t believe how nice the two girls by the name of Kim and Natalie showed such customer service! They were so helpful by getting me my gift card just in time and I really appreciate how they came through for me! Girls I want to thank you for your kindness!

I was the only customer in the lobby and stood at the register for five minutes without being acknowledged by any of the three employees on duty. One employee spent the time rearranging coffee pots. Considering this location is next to a train station, that level of inattention is especially frustrating. I left without being served. I couldn’t give this location money even when I tried.

Absolutely terrible service! Won’t be back. I decided to go in since dd is running a $2 special right now on med coffee and they managed to screw up my entire order, esp when I was currently the only order to make.
My order was very simple. I ordered a med iced coffee (with app), hot choc and 2 bagels. Well the girl didn’t give me a receipt nor did she get the simplest order right. Instead she gave me a large hot coffee, hot choc and for my bagels, I got two bottoms put together and two tops put together. Never had that happen before.
Then when I went to tell them at the counter, they told me well sometimes people make mistakes. I get that, but correct them. So I was overcharged & my order being completely wrong. There was no manager up front, so I couldn’t let them know either. And the cashier that rung me up, walked out of dd so quick. I never had that happen before at a dd. It was just poor service while my order was the only one at the time . They were literally standing around waiting for customers. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Nice, clean Dunkin. Older location without a drive-up, but the staff is great with fast, accurate orders. I’ve place an online order a block away, and it’s waiting for me!

I go to a Duncan almost every day. They are all basically the same so the only thing to really rate is the service. The service here is the slowest I have ever experienced, anywhere. I waited for over 15 minutes for a SEC wake up wrap. Really??? I love Duncan and will most certainly continue to. Just not this one.
Update 9/18/22: ordered on line via the app about 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. When I got there the order was not ready and I waited another 5 minutes in store. The coffee was ready but they said the sandwich would be another minute. When I got the sandwich, the egg, cheese and sausage were cold. This store is still the worst I’ve been to, bar none.
