Ordered the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss online for pick up! It used to be a great vegetarian option. But mine came with lots of steak today!
Called the store just to give them a heads up (the sandwich was good, just was not expecting the meat). The guy that picked up said they don’t sell the grilled portabella mushroom & swiss sub anymore and that they need to remove it off their online ordering option? It seemed like I wasn’t the only one who called about it recently, he went right into his “I will relay your concerns to the manager” spiel before I got the chance to say I liked it. Oh well.
Just a heads up for anyone else who was wanting a grilled portabella mushroom & swiss, haha! You might not get it at this location!

Literally the worst Jersey Mikes in the country. Zombie workers. Zero customer service. No sense of urgency. Skimpy toppings. Every time I go here I regret it and after today I’ll never go back. Ordered online, showed up 10 minutes later. Watched my sandwich sit for 12 full minutes while 4 workers accommodated no less than 30 people who trickled through the door. I asked them about my sandwich to no avail. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry or care about quality of service or food.

The last two times there I was told no white bread at all. They had 3 more hours of operation. That’s two separate times. The young lady who manages in the evening is rude and never smiles. I love the food but I walked out this time and went to your competitor. The owner needs to change up the leadership there.

They have changed the chicken and their american cheese. The big chauna chicken even the regular used to be really good. Now I will never get this sandwich again. I’m going to try the steak to see if any changes. Beware it’s just meat on bread with no FLARE! I pray they go back. I loved their hot dubs more than penn stations!

After having an awful experience at the Finneytown location, I drove here to get safe food. The workers were at their station, ready to help when I walked in the door. I advised that I have a gluten allergy, and they immediately wiped down their already clean surface to ensure the sandwich would be safe. Great service and great food! I will continue to visit this location!

Poor customer service! I walked in at 8:30pm and the entire staff just looked at me like I wasn’t supposed to be walking in. Maybe because they close at 9pm and had already put most ingredients up. No greetings, bad attitude from the girl who made my sandwich and rung me up. She had a terrible disposition and just threw the stuff on my sandwich. I love Jersey Mikes but I’ll never spend my money at this location again! Get it together!!
