Honestly if i can give this store a zero i would. I’ve been here in the past couple weeks at this particular one and it fails me every time. Not only are the tender’s raw but this store doesn’t complete the accuracy of what’s needed from a Bojangles. They are unprofessional when someone come’s up to them about an order you can tell that their getting an attitude. Not only that i went there again today and asked for FRESH tender’s. They gave me mix matched tenders some hot some warm so of course it wasn’t fresh. My fries as well looked like they were dropped twice i know how Bojangles fries are and how they should look but instead they were dark and crispy i can take a finger and crush it no exaggeration needed. At this point it’s some damn chip’s not FRIES! So not only is the environment odd but the speed ain’t there and when i ask is it fresh? they lie and say yes. I’d rather go to a Bojangles who value the food and who value the people who work there as well. This particular Bojangles DOES NOT! I really hope someone do something about this. Or in fact I could just change the one i go to!

To start off with when I ordered they didn’t have any biscuits so I got tenders instead I get back to work to eat my food and find that all of my tenders are completely raw. This is absolutely unacceptable anyone with any amount of knowledge about cooking food would be able to tell they were not cooked. I go back to the restaurant and ask for a refund which was granted but then all the employees started pointing fingers and making a scene saying they didn’t do it and so and so did it I find that to be very unprofessional. This is not the first time I have had a problem with this Bojangles but it will be the last. Bojangles has to be one of the corporations.

You say your order and they just say “thank you” and give you a random item. 3 times I go and say something and I think the only part they listen to is the first word and just assume the rest. Enjoy your mystery meal lol cause they dont care what you ordered

Stood in line for 35 mins and watched the show. Employees running around bumping into each other 10 orders piling up waiting to be filled. Gave me a box for my food that apparently they do not know how to fold properly. The bottom fell out when I returned to my destination. The manager is sitting in the office leaving the show unattended. If you are on lunch or in a hurry, do not visit this Bojangles you will be late!!!!!!! I have left so many crappy reviews, and why do I keep going back??

This restaurant has awful customer service . Why serve me a salad with a bowl full of brown lettuce? I went back to return the salad and they wouldn’t respond to me at the drive thru so I drove to the window. An older Black female was on her phone watching the screen. I’m sure Bojangles is NOT paying folks to watch phones while working at Bojangles drive thru. The young male working with her thought it was funny. Obviously these folks can’t be left unsupervised. Why is it so difficult to get a salad? Why is it so difficult to exemplify customer service? Why are you at work taking up space behind the counter? Bojangles should remove the phones from folks working with customers since their phone is their priority and not the customers they are hired to serve.

This Bojangles is slacking real bad I don’t know why but it is. I come here everyday if not everyday every other day my food use to be so perfect now I get this when I go. My Bo berry biscuits the last two days be hard, I got to eat the inside of my Bo berry biscuit because it’s so hard on the outside. My strips be hard and dry and have been for the last couple of days. I got half way done with my tea and decided to eat my ice and found hair in my cup I never gaged that much in my life from being disgusted. I spend my hard earned working money here very often I would think my food would be up to par Since this is my favorite place to eat. Until the problem get resolved I will be going back to Chick-fil-A because Chick-fil-A would never.

We were told to pull out of line to wait for our order, watched several cars behind us get their food and leave while we waited about 25 minutes, just to finally get our food with one sauce (not even the one we ordered), microscopic pieces of chicken, no utensils, and no straws. The customer service here lacks in comparison to the other locations in the area which is why I usually avoid this one.

Where do I even begin!? This has got to be the WORST Bojangles EVER! For starters there was a cockroach on the floor, it took 15 minutes to get our food which would be ok IF it was fresh! The fries were absolutely disgusting and the biscuit seemed under cooked and was more of a white color. My son who loves their biscuits took a bite and said he was not eating anymore becuase they were nasty. I took a bite of mine and refused to eat the rest!! The manager (it was his first day) asked how everything was and after hearing what we had to say he offered us fresh fries which were also not good and cinnamon twist (tasted like dough). After explaining we were taking the food home for our dog….he offered to make us chicken so we would not be leaving without atleast getting to eat something. It was his first day and he cooked the food better than the coworkers who have been there longer. There was also a female working who came in yelling at one of the works that his grandmother was outside and said she wanted him to cook her some food and bring it out to her in the parking lot…he said he was busy and the female worker said well your grandmother said she wants it now so he stopped making guests food to get his grandmothers food cooked. My family will NOT be returning to this Bojangles for any reason!!! Horrible

I don’t know if it’s because we are coming off a holiday weekend but the food is not right this morning. The chicken is clearly from yesterday and was just re-warm and the fries were so salty I don’t know what is going on because I’ve visited multiple times this is the first time I have received poor quality food I cannot eat this.
