I got 3 $6.99 meal of the day (and made it a foot long) and I got charged for 2 extra chips and 2 extra cookies when it should have been just 1 cookie. I asked the gentleman who made me my sandwiches about why I was charged for the 4 extra cookies & chips and he said that’s just how the system works, so please make sure to check your bill before purchasing your meal!

Whoever that big back was that was doing my online order. You have to really stop playing in peoples food. I had to restrain myself from coming back because I’m not trying to get there but you’re literally playing with my food. I came in 5 minutes early and sat and waited for my pick up order and this female was looking dead at me while fixing my order but anyways I Ordered tuna and meatballs. Literally No meatball and no tuna !!! just vegetables and a whole lot of spices. Atleast I remember how you look cause I’ll be back tomorrow.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and paid extra for avocado, but it wasn’t on my sandwich—so I basically wasted my money. On top of that, the website kept crashing, and I had to download the app just to place my order. That said, the customer service was good, the staff was friendly, and the place was clean.

After taking my wife to the ER and going out to grab a bite because we are moving, should’ve just gotten Chick-fil-A again because the food sucked. If the dude with the beard is making your food, just get your money back. It was LOADED with mayo and there was no point in adding bacon for an extra $1.50 because I could barely taste any meat to begin with. Absolutely horrible. We sat in the joint for the order to complete as patient as can be, and beard guy couldn’t be bothered to ask us if the food was for us because he was too busy talking to the door dash drivers. Overall regret.

Pick up my food tonight and one of my sandwiches was wrong ordered a wrap instead it was a flatbread. My wife was very mad that she didn’t get her wrap. Do they know the difference between a wrap and a flatbread?

I don’t understand how does the quality in service from day shift to evening shift shift falls short with more people working on the evening shift. Earlier today I came in and there was only 2 people the speed of service was fast with less people compared to your evening shift. I came in to pick up food, 4 people was there and there was no cookies. The food was wrong. I had to ask can I grab a chip instead since there was no cookies and of course the bottle of drink. Quality should not change from morning to night. And for the people standing around talking that means your labor is too high and it shouldn’t be any errors. Food gets a turn star due to the day shift night shift. Rethink about getting new people. Now that i know if I order in the evening time I’m going to have to check before I leave. I should have just went to firehouse subs.

The employees here are always professional, friendly, efficient and very patient. Despite being understaffed, the facility and work stations are clean and well organized. Kudos to the young man, Xavier(?) and young female, brown haired supervisor!!! Their ability to handle in person and online orders simultaneously with a SMILE is commendable.
