Every time I come into this Wawa the employees are so friendly especially the older lady at the cashier in the mornings. The coffee is always so good. Sometimes it runs out but the ladies behind the counters serving food always hurry up and refill. Over all the workers here are great.

I usually enjoy coming to Wawa, but this visit was frustrating. My food was prepared incorrectly, and when I spoke to the manager (The black manager with the thick accent). about fixing it, she had the nastiest attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no apology or accountability just a defensive response. Mistakes happen, but how staff handle them makes all the difference. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope this location works on improving customer service and communication. Worst part is other people witnessed her behaving this way. She was up at the register talking shit with the Indian guy and he was laughing. Disgusting behavior.

She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything with my order was just right. It’s not every day you come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers with genuine respect. Her excellent customer service definitely stood out and is the main reason I’ll be coming back to this Wawa location.

Been there three times and got food. All three times I got food poisoning and major diarrhea. Either people are not washing their hands, the food is not stored properly, or kitchen is not cleaned properly. I always try to give a place a second or in this case a third try before I write a review. I will never go there again. I have never gotten sick at the other two Wawas in Manassas/City of Manassas.
