As someone who hardly comes and has seen different faces the past times I’ve come, you can definitely tell the managers know how to hire. These employees go above and beyond. Went about an hour ago and the guy who gave us our food gave us a good amount of sauce and apologized for it- sir you did us the favor LOL. I love the sauces from here. Everyone working here should give themselves a pat on the back!

Great food, friendly service — but the app needs work.
I went to pick up an order my wife had placed online about 10 minutes before I arrived. Once there, I was greeted by a very kind and helpful staff member. However, I ended up waiting another 15 minutes for the order to be ready, while I watched two families who ordered after us get their food first. The service and food were both excellent — no complaints there. The issue seems to be with the app not processing the order unless my wife’s phone was physically close to the restaurant, which caused delays. Hopefully they can resolve that glitch.

I placed a large online order, and upon sitting down to eat after our order pickup, we discovered that an entire meal was missing, and all the fries and nuggets were excessively salty.

Typically, I don’t complain, but since this was a large order, and I had very hungry children to feed, I sent my daughter back to the restaurant to address the missing meal and request replacements for the overly salty fries. Unfortunately, the cashier responded to our concerns with skepticism, making my daughter feel as though our complaint wasn’t credible, despite the fact that we returned four out of the six large fries we had purchased.

Every member of our household, who eats at Chick-fil-A regularly, agreed that both the fries and nuggets were unusually salty. When my daughter mentioned this to the cashier, the cashier mentioned that she needed to get the Manager’s approval for replacement. The Manager had the cashier relay a message that “the recipe doesn’t change” and that the nuggets should not have been salty. This dismissive response seemed to justify the cashier’s earlier behavior.

I’m disappointed by the way my daughter and our concern were treated. Customers should not feel doubted or dismissed when bringing up a legitimate issue. This location would benefit from better training in handling customer feedback respectfully and professionally.

Got our breakfast food really fast and the manager and staff were very friendly. The restaurant was really clean all around! If I’m ever driving back this way, I’m going to make sure to come to this chick-fil-a.

Just went through mobile through and got my order the employees acted all fine. I looked in my bag to find a my large mac and cheese the size of a small in a large bowl, and it was hard and cold. I went back around to fix it and the manager and employees came up to me and said yes ma’am whats wrong, they knew what they did and said well we ran out of mac and cheese thats why we gave you a brownie instead. I got a refund. They knew what they did and didn’t try to tell me when I went through mobile thru the first time. I would’ve gone home, not knowing if i didn’t check my bag. Be aware when u order food from here.
