The worst ive ever got just chicken and sauce when it was supposed to have cheese spinach onions huge disappointment when you dont feel good either. Shame on you subway, it wasnt even that late the employee was cursing rushing people out of the store @ 625pm complaining about having to do a money drop not to mention this was our online order an wasnt ready when it was scheduled either. Tonight I ordered 2 sandwiches in the app. I arrived in the store to learn that they’re out of bread and vegetables and can’t make my sandwiches. They also can’t give me a refund they said. So they just took my money and didn’t give me a sandwich. This has to be illegal?
In general, sandwiches are often made wrong and/or the ingredients look old. And they’re not willing to make it right when they mess up. I won’t be coming here again any time soon.

I drove all the way from the job corps area in Astoria to go to this subway because they have always been great. Well not today (10-4-25) the dark haired girl was extremely rude and kept asking if that was it before we were even done. I called several times due to I left some of my food there(which I thought was all in the same bag) but no one ever answered the phone. So now I’m out that money because I’m not driving that far again after working all day.

I previously gave this place 5 stars because of an employee named Noah, do not order deliver from here. They mess it up every single time and they give you the run around and never refund you or replace the meal, I thought I would give it another try because it’s been so long and or course, my order was messed up. It’s just not worth it.

No wonder she left you guys didnt have what she wanted? No lettuce for my salad, yes they told me 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be done.

This sandwich was horrible. The olives tasted fermented & briny. The onions were sour & slimy. The whole sandwich smelled old. I like Subway, but this was not the usual. Not fresh. Not delicious.

Place is always clean, food is always good. Today, there was only one server and at least 8 people in there. I assume someone called out or management did not schedule appropriately for the 6.99 footlong sale. Luckily, i had ordered my lunch through the app too early, so my sandwich was the only one ready. The young woman who was stuck there alone was hustling and maintaining a professional demeanor and appeared to handle the burden and stress quite well. My sandwich was as I had ordered it, so i was very happy. I hope the other patrons understand the situation and tip her well and i hope management recognizes her for a job well done.

The food is eh… I mean it is Subway. But I am leaving a review because it is so hard to find good customer service nowadays since COVID, so I wanted to give a shout out to Irene for being such a delight.
Maybe it’s because my only interaction in the states has been with people in Seattle, but I have grown accustomed to rudeness & disgruntled employees. So it was a pleasant change to run into someone so sweet & kind. A+++ customer service was much appreciated

This location has been less than impressive every time we’ve gone, but we keep trying since it’s close to home. Today we were helped by Olivia and she is the only reason I’m giving this location 5 stars. Every other person we’ve worked with has been a joke, but not only did Olivia greet us with a warm and welcoming energy, she went above and beyond with her suggestions and help. The food was the best my husband and I have had at this location ever.
Olivia deserves a raise, or a promotion, or both. Keep her around and take good care of her. You can’t train the type of service and atmosphere she created for us today.
