I’m a delivery driver and had an absolutely terrible experience with this bakery. I was already 35 minutes into the drive to pick up an order when I accidentally made a wrong left turn and missed my exit. It added about 7 minutes to my ETA — nothing major.
Almost immediately, someone from the business calls me and starts yelling “Where are you going?” before I can even explain. I apologized and calmly told him I’d be there in about 20 minutes. He hung up on me mid-sentence.
Next thing I know, the order is canceled in the app. I call back to clarify since I’m literally around the corner, and he tells me he’ll pay me in cash outside the app — which is already sketchy. Then, out of nowhere, he just yells “Alright, don’t come” and hangs up again.
The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and complete lack of respect was honestly shocking. No business should treat people this way — especially someone actively trying to complete a job for them.
After looking at the reviews, I noticed the 0-star experiences are catching up to the positive ones, and now I completely understand why.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Beautiful AND tasty. It’s a rare treat to have both! I’ve ordered from here plenty of times for family and friends, but more recently for a product photography shoot. I needed cupcakes and Kayx was the first bakery I turned to and they did not disappoint. Each cupcake was a work of art as well as so delicious. I knew I would get to eat these after the shoot was done so I ordered from Kayx, not just some other bakery who made nice cupcakes…

I’m editing my previous review. This place will steal from you. They double charged my card when I made my first order back in May. They have now tried to charge my card $1500 twice now, once in June and once in July. I did not make these orders or purchases. They will use your credit card information without permission just to see if they can get away with it. I do not recommend shopping at this business to anyone, unless you’re paying with cash, and even then, I will not be returning on principal. Pick up your phone when someone calls. This is no way to run a business!

DO NOT ORDER. Maybe they have good stuff in the bakery itself but they have horrible non existent online service.
We paid for an order to be delivered. They charged very fast, but no delivery. They never reached out to me about the order not being delivered, when I called to see what happened you get an automated answer to email them. Emailed, no response or reason why it wasn’t delivered either. Now disputing the charge.

Received a gift box from them about 5 years ago and ever since they are my go to place for simcha cakes and miniature. Besides for looking gorgeous they taste delicious. My favorites are their cupcakes….chocolate genach and strawberry shortcake….YUM!
