And don’t even get me started on their rice pudding! Creamy, comforting, and perfectly sweet with just a hint of cinnamon, it’s the ideal way to round off a delicious meal. The friendly staff make the experience even better, always welcoming with smiles and attentive service.
Main Street Pizza has truly mastered the art of great food and warm hospitality. If you’re craving authentic tacos and a sweet treat, this place is a must-visit!
16$ for 3 tacos and a soup. I felt overcharged, but oh well. He asked me if I was taking it to go or dining in. I said dining in. I went and found a seat. He brings me my food in a container in a bag, which is tied. A white guy walks in, and he gets laughs, smiles, giggles, and even helps with the menu. He asks him to dine in or carry out. The white guy says Dine in. I look like he’s bringing him his food in a tray, which is a beautiful spread. I made eye contact with the guy, which he had never made, but I grabbed what was left of my food, trashed it, and left. I will never dine in there again. One and DONE!!! YOU WONT EVER GET MY DOLLAR AGAIN
I usually order eggplant parmesan when I go to a sub place, but they didn’t have eggplant. So I ordered a three cheese sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo, fried onions, and hot and sweet peppers. They didn’t do fried onions. So I told them to just put in regular onions.
That would have been OK, but they wanted to charge an extra $3 for the hot and sweet peppers so I canceled them.
After I ate the sub, I ordered a slice of pizza. That was quite good.
There is street parking nearby.
I actually walked into this place to try the pizza…and the rest was history. It’s the size of a normal pizza shop around 8 booths, and a few tables. It wasn’t busy when I came in. I was getting carry out to take home to the family. Service was good, everything I ordered was with me when I left, and it was prepared in a reasonable amount of time.
They have fountain sodas & other drink options. I didn’t get a drink since I was taking this home.
I ordered the grilled chicken torta, with lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, chipotle mayo, and fried beans.
The sandwich was quite sloppy, but in a good way. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, and everything went very well together. I’m not usually a fan of anything chipotle, this was the exception.
I ordered tacos, choosing carnitas, cabeza, pastor, and chorizo.
Carnitas…good flavor, on the dry side of town though. Even with the salsa, they dry crept through.
Cabeza…buttery, melt in your mouth flavor and texture that you expect from the head. seasoned flawlessly.
Pastor…good char, with pineapple, but a vinegar flavor stood out a little too much for my taste. This would have been much better on a torta or burrito.
Chorizo…good char, seasoned well, excellent taco that’d I’d def order again.
Tortillas were solid and above average.
The salsas were both decent with a little heat to them.
