Their soda machine has been broken for like two months… They still allow you to choose any soda on doordash but then you get there and none of the dark sodas work… Is there any plans to fix the soda machine or..? At the very least take your store off doordash so you stop tricking people.

Ordered online, 7:04 was when it was supposed to be done. Waited until 7:15. I went in a guy greeted me and said you have a 3 minute wait I’ll have that right out. 30 minutes pass I finally asked him is that my order sitting there. Instead of letting me know my food was done he decided to let me sit there. The staff there tonight was a complete disaster. They didn’t put ranch on my fries as well and forgot my side sauce. What did I expect. I waited an hour and this is not acceptable, everything was cold. They did not know how to work as a team nor grasped the concept of multitasking. In all honesty they didn’t know what they were doing at all. On top of this while I was waiting a man and his two kids have been there an hour. When he asked twice where his food was he said it will be another 5 minutes. They messed up there order as well. No chicken sandwich for his daughter nor her fries. I’m just dumb founded by the staff here. I will never come to this fenton location again. Get new staff that know how to hold down the fort.

this place used to be great! it used to be clean , stocked up and fresh food . now it’s so dirty in there it makes me uncomfortable, nothing is never stocked, trash every where, never ice in the soda machine and certain drinks are always out. they even wear what ever they want to and it just looks trashy and unprofessional. my chicken was cold , my fries were cold and they just threw a big tub of ranch that i didn’t ask for in my bag. (this has happened a couple of times) i will NOT be coming back .

No wonder this location has such low ratings. Cancelled my DoorDash order for absolutely no reason. Request to disable your location on DoorDash if you cannot fulfill orders. Simple.

1st time trying this location and we all enjoyed our food. The man taking our order was friendly and funny. The food was actually hot, fresh and made correctly. Restaurant was clean. Wing Stop can be the worst with the attitude, long waits and crappy, cold food, luckily we do not encounter any of that at this location.

Went there and purchased the meal for 2. After I paid I went to get my drinks. Soda machine was broken and not working. So I paid for 2 drinks but couldn’t use them. I asked the staff if they could refund me and none of them in there told me they didn’t know how. They said I could come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. Waste of my time. I guess customers have to start checking if the soda machines are working now in food establishments before they order.

Absolute waste of money they literally don’t care at all about the quality of the food. I mean put a little bit of pride into your work. They barely put any sauce on the chicken at all asked for my fries to be extra crispy and extra seasoned, and they are so floppy and undercooked that they’re sticking together and literally not a drop of seasoning on them. I want my money back.

I ordered the boneless meal deal and had a variety of flavors (4 flavors, 5 wings each) alongside with curly cheese fries. I took my order home just to realize that nothing had seasoning on it. I normally don’t write negative reviews but this is just insane. If the management can’t train their employees to season chicken, what else are they not training them on. Refund my order.

This place is amazing I have never in my life had wing stop so my friend talked me into it and I had the garlic parm wings and buffalo fries holy cow they were delicious I’ve never had something so numm I even tried the mango habanero sauce yes it was off the chain! I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about but obviously this is under new management because this place slaps all the way and I’m full and happy place is clean staff is nice I got my food within 10 minutes excellent I also ate half my food before I took photos ha ha it was that good!!!

Horrible customer service. Was sent only sauces vs food. Then im hung up on. Told to come get it, when I very clearly cannot. They hung up on me multiple times. I literally won’t ever be supporting this company ever again. When I called today to speak with management they were just as rude and condescending. I reached out to corporate. I understand mistakes happen and we got quite a good giggle out of it at first, but then there was zero solution aside get your money back – which i did…. but customer service is a joke. The reviews speak for itself…. 3 stars? Do not trust this business. This also isn’t the first time we’ve had issues either.
