Recently moved to Nelsonville from Logan, subway is my favorite food. I’ve ordered twice here now and both times my order has been partially wrong and neither time have the sandwiches been toasted. Try to call and no one ever answers.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times were disastrous. Veggies were old and wilted, store was generally unclean, and employees both times seemed mad that I was there. I mean, this is a Subway– I don’t have big expectations. I go to Subways a lot and I’m sort of grateful that I know where the worst Subway I’ve ever been to is.

It’s alright. The subs are usually a hit and miss. Some days it’s amazing, others, it isn’t good at all. Half the time there is a perfect amount of items on the sub, and other times there isn’t hardly anything, and when you ask for more, some workers become irritable. The place usually seems understaffed. I personally never have a problem with waiting for my food, but the lack of staff shows on the working staff’s faces. There’s plenty times only one person is closing, which affects their attitudes towards the customers. I recently went in at 9:30, a half hour before close, and the woman was very sloppy with my food, throwing the lids around and throwing everything and too much on the sub. Wasn’t friendly at all. When another customer came in behind me, she exhaled loudly, obviously showing her frustration. I will still eat here, I like Subway. I would just suggest maybe having 2 people close, and teach everyone consistency when making subs.

Came here yesterday & got subs for my kids & I. The lettuce & spinach & most of the other veggies were either gone or gone bad. The girl who had made them for us was super nice. They had no foot long sidekicks available & we never got our fountain drinks with our meal.

It was right before they closed. We were in town picking up some chicks and didn’t realize how long it had taken us or that they were closing in the next 10 minutes. The employee was super friendly and didn’t seem upset that we were there right at closing.
