Would not recommend. As soon as we walked in, there’s a sign that said to wait to be seated. Waited for 5 minutes and no one ever came to sit us. We ended up seating ourselves. Fast forward to receiving the food – my wife and I both ordered the 18 hr brisket hash and it tasted VERY old. It had such a bad rancid taste we had to tell the waiter we could not stomach it. The only thing we kept was bacon and eggs for my child. We’re typically not picky eaters when we eat out, but this was insanely bad. Stay away.

Had a flatbread that had been coated in garlic paste. All I could taste was the garlic and it was so potent it kind of burned my tongue. Salad bar was decent. Our waitress was wonderful. That being said I will probably never go back. I am writing this review after having a gut wrenching stomach ache for the remainder of my work day and into this evening! Kitchen needs some quality control!

We need to remember that people wanting to work to take care of us R working. To say there’s no service here has not had Paul as a waiter! One man show and still made us feel welcomed w a smaller. The food is 4+ on taste and servings are plentiful. Ask for Paul for that he cares attitude. Thanks for the (literally) running to take of us 10+

Really nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Had breakfast, Carne Adovado plate came out like a deconstructed burrito. Everything was placed on top of my tortilla. This made the tortilla soggy and it was shredded meat , not chunks of meat, dry as the tortilla had sopped up all the red gravy. Also food was luke warm.
Maybe lunch will be better.

For someplace so empty, you’d think that you’d get better service. We sat for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to come take our drink order- even then I had to flag someone down. It looked like there were multiple wait staff and there were only six tables. The waiter that eventually helped us was nice and attentive when he came by, but the food took forever to come out – and definitely wasn’t worth the wait. The restaurant serves very basic menu items, so it was a bit perplexing why it took so long and why it was so badly done. (My French toast was rock hard- like it had been microwaved) We ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get our check- even after another staff member asked if we needed it. The hotel is lovely, but we’re planning on going elsewhere to eat.

We had a delightful experience at Carrie’s! The service was incredibly fast and friendly, making us feel right at home. The penne pasta I ordered was simply delicious – perfectly cooked and the green chile and calabcitas were perfection in this dish. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes from their menu!

I have never had such a bad dining experience. Took a while to get seated, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The food was cold and greasy. When the waitress brought the Bill’s all of our bills were incorrect and needed to be fixed, which took so long. Then being able to pay also took forever.Wouldn’t reccomend at all, go literally anywhere else and you’ll get a better experience.

We ordered one of their signature drinks and were told they didn’t have the prickly pear syrup. I tried to order another dish and was told they were “out”. We got an excuse that they had just had “thousands of teachers and had been very busy”. That is called poor planning, it’s not like you didn’t know they were coming. We ordered apple pie alamode, the ice cream came directly from the freezer served in a separate dish.
As a restaurant that wants to achieve upscale status they have a way to go.
