Went in to grab a sandwich before going to work. I work the late night shifts, I visited this subway the night prior and was there at 9:30pm and was able to get my simple sandwich. I arrived Last night at approximately 9:20pm 10 minutes earlier to the night prior. Door was still unlocked and the open sign still lit up. As soon as I stepped in the door the Sandwich artist at the front told me they were closed. I was confused because I litterally just visited the night before 10 minutes later and was able to be served by the nice young lady all the way up to their closing time which is 10pm.
The food and location are nice, But please ensure you and your team are following posted business hours as this misleads customers. If you need to close earlier than normal at least have a note posted on the door and have it locked with the sign turned off.

Only ate the thing because I spent 17 bucks on it.
I would recommend against this subway location if you can save yourself some money. I’m sure there’s better subway spots nearby. But this one is a horrible link in the chain.
This place is obviously understaffed. There are only two employees working and we have a huge line.
I hope if you do go here, you have a better tasting meal than mine.

The young girl working there named Bri is terrible at her job and won’t listen no matter what you say. She had confused the other workers on line and refuses to make the sandwich the way I asked. Saying she HAS to put sause on first even though I say I wanted on after my veggies??? All around slow and definitely doesn’t belong in customer facing jobs.

Party of two, dining in. Service was fast, friendly and with a smile. Everything was fresh. Anaya was our sandwich artist, and she recommended the new seasonings and oils, which tasted so good. We’ll definitely go back!

It is clear as day on my receipt. I ordered my sub online and put in the special instructions for the turkey meat to be toasted and cooked before it got put on the sandwich because it is for my pregnant wife and when I pick up the sandwich one it’s cold and two the turkey is not toasted at all not even cooked. They just put it on the sandwich and totally disregarded the instructions on the receipt.. Absolutely ridiculous I guess the subway location doesn’t care about risking the health of someone’s baby.

Got charged for drinks we brought in; when I went to get that fixed they voided it all back and I had to pay again and now for three to five days I’m just out double and I’ll have to watch and make sure I get my money back and not just be scammed

We visit this location often, but today the staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. Jordan was working on the sandwich line, and he was extremely helpful and courteous to both customers and fellow co-workers. His kindness and manners made me come to leave a review today.
