I was a loyal customer for years. But not anymore. Orderd my pizza. Got in time. The manager asked me about my name twice. She checked twice and then came home to find the wrong pizza. Called in and complained and she told me come with the receipt and we will make it. When my wife went with the receipt, Mrs manager insisted that she wanted the box of the wrong pizza, which my wife fortunately had in the car, untouched. She never apologized. She was rude. Never here again.

We ordered 2 pizzas and cinnamon twists. Both pizzas were so uncooked, the slices were dough. We ended up cooking the cheese pizza in our own oven so the kids could eat. To top it off, instead of cinnamon they put BBQ sauce on the cinnamon twists. It was so ridiculous and funny, I wasn’t even angry. It was worth watching my teenage son take a bite thinking it was going to taste like Cinnabon.
However, we called the store 10x with no answer before giving up. $40+ worth of food and not even an opportunity to replace it. I would have gladly came to the store to pick up a replacement too.
I’m assuming they were just slammed and struggling to keep up with the orders and phone, so I’ll give them two stars for the laugh.

They gave me the wrong pizza and I called and said they can’t do anything about it and that their manager does not allow refunds. When I got to the store the same girl complained that too many people were calling making complaints. She then answered the phone for another customer claiming to be the manager that she previously said “wasn’t there.” Another costumer complained and said that they ordered brownies but received lava cakes. She then instructed her other coworker to lie and say that they’ve been out of lava cakes all day but she’s refuses to call every customer to tell them that. Completely unorganized and terrible costumer service

I order from this store often although I live in Eastgate since it’s on my way home from work. I’ve never really had any issues from this store. The pizzas are always ready when I come to pick up and I’ve never had any problems with the food. Yesterday I placed an order for 2 medium pizzas and when I went to pick up only one pizza was ready. They had forgotten to make one of the pizzas and one of the employees told me it’ll be about a 10 minute wait. Not a big deal. Then another employee told me it was his fault that I had to wait and he was going to give me the entire order for free. I so appreciated the gesture and the top notch customer service.

Placed a 2 large pizza 3 topping order, for curbside delivery. when I returned home, one pizza was right (yea 50%) and other only had one topping. missing mushrooms and bacon. I called the store to let her know, she said I can drive 4.5 miles back and she will replace it. then the call went down hill from there. Customer service has taken a Hugh leap back in time.

Terrible customer service. Forgot a topping on my pizza. Told me to come in for a credit the next day. When I tried calling to place order for my credit they wouldn’t answer the phone for an hour.
I showed up to the store to place my credit order and they said I needed a receipt when the order is literally in their system.
They ended up making my credit order wrong. They only put sausage on the pizza when there was suppose to be sausage, green pepper, black olive and onions.
Then he told me to put in a complain with corporate and said hopefully they shut down this location.
Also complained about the owner, cussing the whole time I sat there and waited.
Complained about me just wanting free food right to my face.
I WALKED OUT AND LEFT WITHOUT THE CREDIT ORDER.
I was completely disrespected.

Would not recommend choosing this location. On numerous attempts, the pizzas have either not had hardly any pizza sauce and/or garlic butter. It’s almost as though you are just eating cheese/crust. Chicken toppings usually amount to 1-2 pieces per slice. On several occasions we have gone in to pick up our order (their website said it was ready) only up be told it isn’t ready yet, even though it appears to be sitting in their holding area. We asked the employee if it was our order, only to be told “no it isn’t out”. However, 5-6 minutes go by only to be handed the pizza that was sitting their the entire time. Have attempted to speak with manager only to have her use a subordinate to speak for her. They refuse to correct the issue/mistake. Customer service is very lacking. Instead of telling me to give them another chance, maybe they should have remade the order and delivered it. Do not visit this location!
