Wow this place is awesome! The banana pepper/steak pizza and the barbecue chicken pizza are divine. I don’t know what kind of black magic sorcery they use but they somehow have thin crust that is not only crispy but strong enough to handle dense toppings. I’m obsessed. I’m so happy I stopped in here. The staff was incredibly friendly and I absolutely want to come back the next time I’m in this part of town.

We usually love Ferros but they and the Slice delivery failed badly.
Ordered a meat roll and half ham sub around 6:45ish. Almost an hour before cutoff, and they close 20 minutes after that at 8.
Slice app hasn’t shown a driver assigned. Around 7:57 we get a call from Ferros asking if we heard from the driver because they are closing soon! A few minutes later the app shows Anna assigned and she looks about 15 minutes away from restaurant.
8:22 and Anna hasn’t moved very far and we get another call, this time from someone from Ferros parked in front of the house and say they have the food. Very nice effort by Ferros for sure, but we’re over an hour and a half into this and then we get it and open it up.
The meat roll is if course cold and Ferros packed it in the box in a paper plate. The plate is now grease soaked and has infused itself into the roll. You can’t get it out of the box without the plate peeling off with it, and picking out the paper is not possible, what you can get out is tiny little rips at a time if at all. As for the sub now do you trust it? How long has it been sitting around and at what temperatures?
Restaurant is closed so we call Slice. Now it’s like 8:30 and the app just advises another driver has been assigned….the restaurant is closed. We give the rep VJ the rundown and she says don’t worry the fees and tip will be transferred to the restaurant! Reiterate the food is inedible and then she offers 80% off. For food that we literally have to throw away? She finally cancelled the order and into the trash it went.
While Ferros did make a substantial effort to get the food delivered, it was inedible due to the packaging and perhaps should reconsider working working with Slice as well. Ferros should be ashamed for letting food like this go out the door. Mentioned all this to our 20 something daughter as she worked at a pizzeria and recalled they had Slice. She said yes they were problematic from the business perspective verses other more expensive delivery services and they had to drop them.
Maybe if the food was picked up timely the packaging might not have been as big a deal, but if Slice is going to be your service, maybe package it better would solve part of what might be a problematic delivery experience.

Upon arrival at Ferro’s Pizza I was greeted by a nice young lady who had no problem making a fresh pie for me to review! Brittany then went on to tell me about the slices they have such as Spinach ricotta and mozzarella with a house made oil base chicken barbecue ranch, taco pizza, and the regulars are all made fresh throughout the day. They have specials also. Such as a sausage roll which is ready in the window with sausage mozzarella and pepperoni wrapped in their pizza crust. I had a fresh slice of stinger Pizza which is crust topped with blue cheese, medium chicken fingers, steak, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses. As explained by Britney who really has stole the show as far as customer service is concerned! Definitely stop into Ferro’s pizza for a slice, Pizza, and more!

Was a beautiful place !! Great environment! Great staff ! Best pizza around in my opinion. I drive a hour each time I go. It’s worth it. If you haven’t tried the pizza yet I suggest you do! It taste like NYC style pizza . And me being new to the area ans being from NYC area I can definitely enjoy this place! After being to 18 different pizza places I finally found a beautiful good place to eat !

I usually don’t leave reviews and I love this place but my experience today was so bad, I won’t be back. Today while eating there, there was a huge chunk of hair under the cheese on my pizza, not just one hair, like a clump. Unfortunately I ate most of the slice before I hit the hair- I wanted to throw up. Being that this place is usually good, and I get that things happen sometimes, I went up to the counter and discretely asked for my money back. The girl at the counter was very sweet but then she called another woman over, Aphrodite or something like that, and the woman had the nerve to sit there and tell me it’s my hair and try to argue with me. It wasn’t just a hair on top, it was a big clump of hair like wrapped in the cheese and broccoli and it was way longer than my hair. I would have maybe gone back even though the hair was disgusting but because of the service, I’ll never go back.

Best NY style pizza around! My husband is from Long Island, and this is the only pizza he will eat around here. Their Deluxe 20-inch house pie is amazing! Their 2 slice special with choice from so many different pies you just can’t beat. 5 stars across the board from us ✨️

An amazing staff with pizza that is just even better. I love the White Pizza but all their is good! You can easily order online or through their app and eat your way towards a free pizza. The best NYC style and maybe even best pizzeria in the Buffalo area! Thanks for a great dinner with the family tonight! I’ll be back sooner than later!

I came in today at 12:30 to pick up a fairly larger order for M&T at the Seneca One building located in downtown Buffalo. All I seen was a young lady and a young male behind the counter, he asks me where did I park and told her to make sure I confirm the order while he was grabbing the boxes that was no problem he then told me to grab 2 liter pops and them said 3 of them and proceeded to tell me a Diet Pepsi, star pop and reg Pepsi, while I was grabbing them he was on his way out towards the do I ask him nicely if it’s a total of 3 not 2 and confirmed rhe name of the 3rd one I was grabbing. Now not thinking by trying to move so fast I could have just double checked the order my self instead of having him repeat rhe name of the pop I didn’t think it was a big deal. After proceeding to leave out with the three 2 liters he had the pizzas and I left out the first door holding the door open with the side of my back and then used my foot to swing open the second door thinking he would catch it while it was open since he was right behind me. As I’m going towards my car he says “you couldn’t hold the door” I apologize with a smile and said “oh I thought you were moving fast right behind me” he then says “what’s wrong with you, you couldn’t hear me when I told you the name of the pops after I said it 3x, and then says hurry up I’m trying to help you” as I’m putting the pops inside the car so I can grab the pizza he said something else so I said just take them back in I can get them, he says no” etc and we exchanged a couple of words, honestly I was so shocked how he talked to me and he really made my nerves bad and pissed me off

Ordered online. Pizza was ready when I arrived. For a NYC style pizza I enjoyed it very much. Cheese and sauce combination was great. Idk if the cheese looks orange bc of the pepperoni grease but it still tasted great. Had the flop. Love the flavor of the crust. Like a nyc bagel I would recommend this pizza to people who enjoy a nyc style
