I NEVER write negative reviews, my profile supports that. I don’t know what happened to Faro’s, but I couldn’t be more disappointed, frustrated, and basically feel like a customer who just got the middle finger. I order delivery here off the Toast app often. We ordered tonight (Thursday, 12/18). A side salad and two subs. Our food took over an hour to arrive, which isn’t the end of the world. But…they put onion (a LOT of diced onion) in my salad, when it is supposed to come with green pepper, not onion. If you don’t like onion, you know it overtakes everything. Edit: also no lettuce on the ham sub. The salad dressing was missing. The bread on the subs wasn’t toasted whatsoever, it looks barely heated up if that makes sense. The worst part however, is how the store responded when we called. They couldn’t care less. They offered a salad credit, and to be nice (their words), some breadsticks. The guy said, “next time we’ll make it square.” Because of the nonchalant demeanor, my husband said, it won’t even be close to square unfortunately. The guy said, oh well we can make it circle, we can make it rectangular! Clearly just being a condescending individual, and I’ll leave that at that and be kind. They also told us we should have called to avoid mistakes vs ordering online.
We always tip well, and I couldn’t be more disappointed. I don’t care about a refund or credit. If they would have shown any type of care on the phone, or genuinely apologized, that would have been more than enough for me. I know things happen. But the way we were treated when it was THEIR mistake, isn’t okay. This will be our last order, and I’m sure based on their sarcasm and attitude they won’t care. At least give the salad and breadsticks to another customer, I’d appreciate that.

I seldom get to order pizza from Faro’s because it is difficult to get delivery where I am. The location on 28th Street has always delivered a great pizza loaded with toppings.
I ordered a pizza from the newer location and spent a ton of money on delivery and it barely had any toppings and there was nothing like the ones I’m used to getting from the original location. Pretty disappointed at Great expense

The sauce at this place is amazing. The wings aren’t tiny like at Marco’s and they’re cooked perfect. The staff is always nice, friendly, and seem like they all like each other. Would highly recommend this place, it’s one of my go to’s.

They serve Canadian style pizza, which means the toppings go underneath the cheese. I haven’t had pizza like this since I was in Manitoba Canada. Pretty cool!
The decor looks very clean and new. And they also have a few tables for dine-in.
The cheese and toppings were cooked really nicely, but the dough wasn’t cooked through all the way, and was gel.
Next time I order, I will get it well done, and hopefully it will be cooked through.

I recently ordered from Faros Pizza and had a fantastic experience. I called in to ask about specials, and the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, guided me through the options. Although I didn’t realize that Faros primarily focuses on carryout, my family and I managed to fit comfortably and enjoy our meal right there.
We tried the large pepperoni pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and wings. The pizza was exceptionally fresh and authentic, with a crust that was simply amazing. The pizza sauce, especially for the cheese sticks, was outstanding and truly set the meal apart. Overall, Faros Pizza is a great spot for delicious, high-quality pizza, and the friendly service only added to the positive experience. Highly recommend it!

The deluxe subs were great! Also ordered Breaded Mushrooms……unfortunately, when we got home with our order the Breaded Mushrooms turned out to be Breaded Chicken Bites plus, I don’t even see breaded chicken bites on the menu.
Tuesday special was any sub for $8.99 and I was charged $10.43 plus tax.

Faro’s has quickly become our go to pizza place. We drive past several other places to get our pizza here. They always get our orders right, the pizza is always ready quicky, and they are very reasonably priced. We love their pizza, stromboli, and cheesy bread.

I had 24 hours to feed 70 people. Faro’s took the call and rose to the challenge. They came through for a local alternative high school’s honor roll ceremony and did an exceptional job. Pizza skeptics at the event were impressed and asking for the location! Get the spaghetti pizza! Don’t be afraid! Just get a side of sauce with it and live a little!
