My love of thai food began when we moved to Chicago. Pink Lotus is one of the most authentic Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. The service is slow and server needs a bit of training but the food makes up for everything!! Tanya knows what she’s doing and is one of the most pleasant owner’s I’ve ever spoken to. If you like Thai, GO!!!!! We had the drunken noodles and the laab!!!

Have only tried thai food a few times, but was interested in trying something different than bar food, steak or seafood. The owners daughter was extremely helpful in figuring our what dish would work with my likes and dislikes. The food was prepared quickly and was AWESOME! wish I could pack up this gem of a restaurant and take them home with us. Thank you staff at pink lotus for your patience, help, and excellent food!

We have been twice and the Thai food is wonderful and completely authentic. My wife and I have been to Thailand more than 30 times so we know the real deal. My wife has even attended a Thai cooking school in country. On our second visit to the Pink Lotus we learned that some of the spices are imported from Thailand. Now I understand how they are able to create their dishes the way we enjoyed them in Thailand. We will become regulars for sure. I can’t wait to try the Mango Sticky Rice next time.

I’ve never had thai food before so I can’t speak to the authenticity of it, but it was SO good.
I always have pot stickers to start and those were good. The owner brought out crab rangoon for us to try and the sauce it came with was Thai chili and was really good!
We also had the tempura shrimp which even my 1 year old loved.
I don’t know what my main dish was really called but it was a garlic pork stir fry which was AMAZING!
I liked the atmosphere and the view we had of the water and boats was really good.
The service was great too, the server was attentative but not too much and the owner came to speak with us as well.
I would definitely come back.

As someone that studies cooks and loves asain cuisine, I am usually very disappointed in thai restaurants and the product they put on the table.
Pink lotus is a hidden gem that’s served the best authentic thai food I have ever had at a restaurant in the states. I love hours away and came here for vacation but I will make the trip just for this restaurant again soon. Great selection , great service, quality ingredients and amazing food.

As I sit at the table after possiblity eating the best food in my life!!! I am truly amazed at the authenticity of Pink Lotus.. I ask myself when have you ate better thai food? The answer is Never!!! This New pink lotus thai food restaurant in Manistee, MI… Is in a class all on its own…I’ve ate at 100’s of Thai food restaurant’s all across the country.. This is The best!!!..My advice….if your within two hrs of Manistee Michigan and looking for amazing Thai food look no further..get in your car and go you will be happy you did…Two thumbs up!!!

I am on vacation with my family and we went to this lovely restaurant. I had the chicken pad thai. It was absolutely delicious. The rest of my family really enjoyed the meal they had ordered including dessert.(Which was incredible) Lastley the owner is so sweet and kind and I really reccomend this reasturant
