I will start off by saying the staff is really friendly and i really appreciated that they still took my expired coupon. However, i noticed on the receipt that they had up charged me for extra cheese and extra meat. I had asked to swap out the ham for turkey instead but i was not informed there would be a charge. I don’t really mind having to pay extra i just wish i was informed that it would be an up charge. In addition, the worker has asked if i wanted cheese on the sandwich and I said sure but again, I was not informed about the up charge. And as I was eating my sandwich I noticed a bug AND a small hair in my sandwich. I know the hair is not mine because It was a different color.

Went in on 02/07 and ordered a giant 7 on white with bacon. I got 8 thinly slices of turkey. There was turkey not on portions of the bread. The condiments are almost non existent. Paid $17 plus tax. Will not be back and I highly suggest looking elsewhere for a sandwich. This is unacceptable.
EDIT: They contacted me apologized and offered a remedy. For a business now a days to make it right is few and far between. With the integrity of the company I would go back.

came here at 3:42 and i must say i am very disappointed… after 28 dollars on 2 sandwiches to get no meat on my sandwich. woodstock isnt stingy but the one here is.. now wonder nobody is even in here!

What can I say? Jersey Mikes is always on point. I’ve never had any issues with any of their locations. The employees are always fast, courteous and attentive. I always get the Big Kahuna on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. This location is clean and usually pretty busy but you never have to wait long. Highly recommended. Thumbs way up.

Went to my favorite sandwich shop last night after a 12hr shift at work only to be disappointed I ordered a number 26 giant to go,get home and start eating my sandwich I noticed that thos was not the same as I always ordered as I looked at the sandwich I noticed ther was no Ranch dressing on it ,for those who know the 26 is called Chicken Bacon Ranch, this made the sandwich very dry and not the great flavor that should have been, then A light when off in my head and I figured it out as I was walking out of the shop I did hear the workers say we are out of ranch. Why they would not tell me I have no idea.

I was happy to know that I could get a nice sandwich on a gluten free roll at Jersey Mike’s and the staff took proper precautions to ensure it wasn’t going to get contaminated. For the best flavor, you have to get it the true Mike’s way with all the toppings, juices and seasonings.

Their sandwiches are the best. I tried it for the 1st time at Wisconsin dells on a whim and never would have thought it would be so good. They cut the meat right in front of you. They can be pretty pricey but so worth it.

I do have a favorite Cheese steak nobody else comes close. Consistent quality sandwich. On line ordering is painless but not including the “special ” menu combo’s. Including mine…
The wait is not a big deal when you know what’s coming.
I do question the placement of order / pickup / cashier, a bit unusual. Not a deal breaker but just odd.

This is literally the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to. Sandwiches are always amazing, bacon is crispy and delicious and the veggies and meat/cheese is always super fresh. All other Jersey Mike’s are disappointing compared to this location! Staff is always super friendly as well
