Reasonable prices and we met a couple who love this place. So we were really ready to love it. The decor is sparse but has a playful and humorous approach to signage. Coffee was OK. Unfortunately, there was only a little food and a few baked goods . So we got a couple of donuts that tasted pretty much the same as Dunkin’ Donuts. Nothing special. The two gentlemen seemed exhausted and we’re not very pleasant or personable but they did take care of business. All in all, the place felt a bit sad and dreary with nobody there and these two sad/tired fellow
So, while we would love to give a little unique place like this a great writing, average is the best we can offer for now. We might stop there again and hopefully have a better experience

The Cuban coffee was delicious, a lot of flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. It’s good to see what seems to be a Christian establishment, and also love the fact that they accept Bitcoin.

2nd time there and will not be back. This is the most unfriendly coffee establishment I’ve ever been to. You walk in expecting warm and friendly employees, not ones who seem like they haven’t had their coffee yet and who are unfamiliar with how to socialize with patrons, especially considering we walked past a sign at the back door that insinuates that they are Christians. Not to mention they have no music or anything and it’s uncomfortably quiet. Our first go we bought coffee, donuts and a candle that isn’t worth it’s salt, it smells good lifting the lid but to burn, it puts off no scent whatsoever. We decided that even though the staff seemed off we would try again, however that was a mistake. A young man named Riley took our order, and he exudes no customer service skills whatsoever, there was no smile, no good morning, or welcome in and no matter how many times I said thank you, not once did I hear you’re welcome. My coffee seemed to be vanilla and creamer over ice with a splash of coffee for color and to top it all off, we got home to eat our donuts, that of which I was hoping would redeem my “coffee” and I was grossed out after grabbing a maple bacon and finding a very coarse dark hair sticking up out of the maple glaze. So all in all, if you want food containing hair, bad coffee, poor and unwelcoming customer service in a shop that has the ambiance of a morgue, Sweet As Cyn is the place for you!

This place is a great little hidden gem! While it’s more popular than I imagined, some customers said they never knew it was there! The soups are really delicious. I’ve tried their potato sausage and the chicken gnocchi soups and both were so yummy. The drinks are great too! Much better than chain cafes that are usually too sweet. Everyone was very nice and informative. On top of all that they have beautiful pastries and treats! Honestly, I can’t wait to go back!

Hands down best coffee place in Callahan. Their baked goods are INCREDIBLE, best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had in my life. The donuts are delicious and coffee is great too! The coffee comes sweet (true to their name) so I say half sweet and it’s perfect for me. The breakfast sandwiches are great too idk how they get such fluffy eggs!

Nice quiet little coffee shop bakery. Also has breakfast and lunch options. The grits bowl with sausage was awesome! The donuts were awesome! Coffee was very good. When we walked in the place it was very quiet there wasn’t anyone else in there except the staff. They greeted us and gave us a few moments as we looked over the menu others walked in and we let them go ahead as we were still reviewing the menu. Settled on the grits bowl and eclair for her. They both were exceptional. The only recommendation that I would make is it was a little quiet. Maybe just a little bit of background music or some white noise or maybe a little bit of background music or just some kind of I don’t know background sound. Very quiet. Otherwise it was nicely appointed a comfortable space of you out the window options of tables chairs couches even an outside option so… We will be back!

We had the opportunity to visit Sweet As Cyn cafe inside of Southern Rags boutique. Their products were fresh and the area was clean. The workers were very welcoming and swift. I ordered the special of the day which was a chicken salad croissant, chips, and a drink for $7.50. My food was pretty unique compared to other chicken sandwich’s. They use a little more mayonnaise than I am used to and it had grapes. My husbands meal was the turkey bacon pepper jack panini with chips and a drink. Our beverages pictured are blackberry lemonade and a coffee which were served in cute containers. The sweet Maui onion chips paired nicely with the meal. Overall the price is great, the food was delicious, and the seating area is cozy. We enjoyed grabbing a bite and will be back to try their donuts and cake pops!
Update: We bought the peppermint mocha latte and cappuccino latte. DELICIOUS! But guys their pastries are the bomb. We purchased the chocolate pecan and maple pecan goodies! They are delicate, moist, and flavorful. Can’t wait for the next visit!

Just popped by on a road trip. Husband says might be the best blueberry donut he’s ever had, and the mocha frappe is perfect! My pecan roll and hot vanilla latte are pretty delicious too. Callahan is lucky to have this place!

Went for the 1st time last week, then went for a 2nd time last week! I had an oatmilk white chocolate latte and it was great, I got a caramel cold brew for my husband and it was sweet and delicious, and I also bought half a dozen donuts! I love these donuts more than anywhere else and the maple bacon ones have officially become my favorite. Check out their shop. They also have some southern home decor up for sale. Very cute shop!
