We loved the Denali Doghouse. From the food to the theme and vibe. It was all exceptional. Great customer service as well. Worth stopping for a quick bite if you’re in Healy.
The corn dog here was awesome. The meat does have reindeer in it, but it’s not really noticeable and doesn’t taste “gamey” like you may expect.

Popular spot for a quick bite to eat. I’m not adventurous with meat types so I got the all beef kids dog instead, which was ok. The rest of my party enjoyed their Denali dogs and said they tasted like a normal hotdog, just thicker.
The fries are crispy and fresh! Definitely get a side of them with your dog!
The place is small so seating is very limited. We had to sit outside on the porch to eat.

Nice fast food off Park Highway and across from the major “hotels” and cabins outside of Denali NP. I ordered the Sled Dog with bacon and jalapeno…great choice! The Denali dog is your regular hotdog. The hotdogs are made with buffalo, pork and beef. All made in Alaska.

Damn good dogs! You’d never know it was reindeer and it’s SO tasty! Little place but fast turnover. We all had the dogs for lunch and could have eaten two! Do stop and try out local food. You won’t be disappointed.

Their syrup in their sodas are super strong, definitely just take water or their tea.
Chili dog was amazing, made with 1/4 reindeer dog.
Husband got the Sriracha burger, it was really good.

We stopped at Denali Doghouse twice while visiting Denali and the surrounding area. All members of my party enjoyed the reindeer dogs! The fries were very good too, and they have shockingly good sweet tea for Alaska!

I was starving because there is no food in the area. I got 2 Denali dogs from this establishment. It’s advertised to contain “reindeer” meat but they tasted like ordinary hot dogs to me. With that said, they were delicious. At $9 a dog, be prepared to break your wallet if you eat here. Limited seating is available.

Move over Prosciutto’s, best hot dogs in the U.S. are here in Denali if you ask me. Get the Sled Dog and find out how cream cheese goes on a hot dog. Bone Crusher burger is worth every cent as well.
