I ordered delivery from this location about a week ago and my pizzas came completely destroyed, it was inedible. So I called and asked them to remake it and for a refund. The guy working said he would contact customer service that night and I should get my money back within 3-5 days that was 2/09. I’ve never gotten my money back. I will never go back to this location again, they didn’t even really seem to care that I just wasted 55 dollars on garbage pizza. I work at a dominos and we would NEVER EVER not refund someone for a pizza like that, I have seen pizzas fall straight out of the oven onto the ground and they don’t even look like that.

I ordered a pizza from this location and it will be the last most likely for all paps John’s. When I got my pizza delivered the pizza seemed to be noticeably under cooked. There was no flavor like In the past years. I have noticed this franchise has really gone down hill. I’d rather eat a jacks pizza from the grocery to even attempted to eat this locations pizza. Very disappointing I payed $35 for the worst pizza I ve ever had. Eventually the pizza was never ate. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. Safe your money. Your better with any other pizza place this this location.

Gave me the wrong style pizza. Called a few days later to talk to them about it because it wasn’t high on my priority list. Manager was not willing to make it right. To get an order wrong is one thing. To sit back, listen to the complaint and not make it right is different. I won’t be going back here.
