Excellent fresh, homemade food. Made with love. Plenty of great options. Diners, Drive-ins and Dives would definitely be a fan. Don’t let the gas station location scare you. If anything you can multitask, order a loaded burrito and a mountain of cheesy nachos to go and then fill up on petro while you wait.

I wanted to share a great food find with you. I recently tried the Mexican Quesadilla at a spot located in a private gas station, and it was excellent.
The quesadilla is a large, handmade corn tortilla taco served with chicharron, and you can choose from six different meats. Being from South Texas, I know authentic Mexican flavor, and this place definitely has it. The food quality is comparable to a high-end restaurant but without the high prices. There is also a helpful young man there who can provide recommendations if you aren’t sure what to order.
While the atmosphere isn’t the best since it is located in a gas station, the upside is that there is no long wait for a table or for your food. It is also a great way to save some money on drinks, though I am not certain about their policy on beer or wine.
I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a great meal.

We really wanted to love this place, as it’s a small local family owned business. After our first visit, we felt like the food was okay. We just tried it again. Here are our thoughts:
We ordered online using their website. We ordered the fajita nachos “Texas style”, which are supposed to have all 3 meats. Unfortunately, their site still makes you choose a meat option in the next section. I assumed they would see that I clicked on the “Texas” upgrade option, which is $1 extra. Unfortunately, they didn’t. We were disappointed to see that it only had one of the meat options. So, we paid an extra dollar for nothing.
We also ordered several tacos. The tacos are decent but I did have to add salsa and some sauces from my fridge to make them better, as they could use a little more flavor.
We decided to add a side of pico ($.99) and a side of guacamole ($1.99). Not sure why a spoonful of guac costs $2 and a spoonful of pico is $1. Definitely not worth ordering, but that’s on me for not paying attention to their description of 1.5 oz of each.
Unfortunately, don’t know if we’ll come back even though it is really close to home.

I want to say that Sazon Bello Taqueria is, in my opinion, the best place in Newnan to eat authentic Mexican food. I won’t call out other places, but we have tried many Mexican restaurants in Newnan, and by far, Sazon Bello is the best. The tacos, tortas, wings, plates, and burritos are all amazing—and don’t even get me started on the handmade tortillas. Everything is full of flavor. I highly recommend trying them out; I promise you won’t regret it, and you can thank me later.

We were in Newnan for the day and wanted to have some Mexican food, my favorite. Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant fell quite flat. The food was not terrible, but it just wasn’t great, either. The tacos were hardly tasty, and the beans had a distinctive taste that I did not recognize. The rice was satisfying. For the nachos, I am not sure what type of meat we were given, but it didn’t taste like steak, which is what we ordered. I will definitely not visit this place again.

A hidden gem! Found this place looking for good Mexican food locally and was pleasantly surprised when I tasted the food. Food wasn’t too greasy, large portions, and great price. Flavors of cheese, vegetables (grilled bell peppers and onions), meat, was well balanced and let me wanting for more. I would recommend this place if you want Mexican street food in the Newnan area. Very good all around!
