The food at Panda is consistently good. My kid just loves it here and chooses this place as a treat sometimes. The food is kept warm and is served quickly by kind staff.

I had such an amazing experience at this location thanks to Vincent! From the moment I walked in, his incredible energy and positive vibe made me feel so welcome. He was smiling the entire time, super friendly and personable, and we had a great conversation while he helped me with thoughtful recommendations. The food was delicious, the service was incredibly fast, and everything was handled with care and efficiency. I honestly hadn’t been to Panda Express in years, but this visit completely changed that. Ordered food from here and was really disappointed. The chow mein had hardly any noodles and was mostly cabbage. Please see picture. There was more cabbage in the meal than any other food. Not sure what they’re trying to get away with, but this is not okay.

I ordered two medium sized à la carte chicken entrees. The total came out to $18. The quantity was minimal. The entire entree can fit in the palm of my hand. $18 would barely fill up an adult for dinner. That’s ridiculously expensive

Always clean, courteous staff, helpful, hard workers. I really want to say thankyou for making tasty delicious food. So far the best ‘Chinese’ food anyone can get. I don’t perceive the after taste of burned used oil that I usually perceive at other restaurants, which I hate & ruins the flavor. You guys always fill my plates, I always appreciate that. What a difference a great manager makes. The manager Vincent at this location is awesome. The line was clean, food was fresh and the employees were friendly and helpful. I cant tell you how refreshing this is. I drove an additional 20 min to get to this location, after multiple HORRIBLE visits, uncaring employees and cold discusting food at the university location. Thanks again Vincent. You and your team keep doing GREAT WORK. It is noticed.

Palmira was extremely rude for the entire drive through experience, I was coming to redeem a birthday promotion and at first she tried to say I ordered nothing that worked for it, which was untrue because once I specified she realized she was wrong. Since she rushed me through the ordering process and then had issues with my rewards I realized I hadn’t ordered my drink, when I did she said rudely that next time I better tell her earlier, then said Happy birthday to me in the same breath. There was only one other car in the drive thru so it’s not like they were stressed and busy. I get she might hate her job but to take it out on customers ain’t the way. Her customer service is terrible. This was extremely frustrating because me and my partner came for a pick me up and instead were treated rudely. I will probably not be coming back to this location even if it’s closer.

Edit: Ironically we receive a text telling us our order was ready at 7:51pm. I guess their staff didn’t know we had already asked for a refund and cancelled. If that doesn’t show how unorganized pick ups are, I’m not sure what will. Who wants food that sat out for almost an hour on a counter? Take food safety seriously if nothing else.

We ordered online for 6:58pm. When my husband arrived just after 7pm it wasn’t ready. Unfortunately, a large group of about 9 other customers was also waiting for their orders. They were helping walk-ins and drive thru customers but not engaging with any of the pick up order customers at all. They only had one cook and 2 employees filling orders, which could explain the initial backlog but there were several points in time where employees had no walk-ins or drive thru customers and were standing around. Our order sat almost half finished while my husband observed everything else from our order was available, just not plated the entire time. My husband gave up after 20 minutes and asked for a refund and while they didn’t provide a physical receipt we fortunately got an e-mailed copy. This was the most bizarre customer service. It wasn’t the first time they’ve taken a long time filling a pick up order but tonight we just didn’t have the patience to sit around and hope they started trying to fill orders. Your staff needs better training and at bare minimum, please acknowledge your customers. If you can’t fulfill online orders, don’t take them. We now have to wait 4-5 business days to get our refund back – terrible customer service.

Unfortunately the service was better than the food. I ordered two kids meals, low main with orange chicken and beef and broccoli with rice, I also got a bowl of peppers and stake with rice. The rice was a bit undercooked, low main was cooked perfectly, peppers & stake- meat was a bit too chewy. Out of 3 things that I got the best for me was beef & broccoli
