In my lifetime I’ve ordered hundreds of pizzas with several different restaurant companies and at many different locations and this is my favorite place to get a pizza. First the staff here is always working hard to prepare you a pizza for your most enjoyable dining experience. This location is also the most efficient place that I’ve seen to prepare your pizza for you quickly and to always have it ready for you when you arrive. As someone who loves a thick crust pan pizza, there is no better place to get a pan pizza then this Domino’s location! An awesome group of people who work here and I thank you!

Fabulous experience!!!! Ordered food early this am for a 1pm delivery for a Birthday surprise. Came right on time!!! Pizza and food was hot and fresh and well made. Great job to this Dominos location, manager, and employees. Delivered a nice product!!! Keep it up.

Despite the reviews i went ahead and took a chance and wasn’t disappointed! Considering the bad weather and constant snow fall and bad road conditions i went with the closest. I done an online order for the $9.99 any toppings any crust! My fiancé was greeted upon entering and customer service wasn’t over the top or anything but wasn’t bad either. Our pizza was no 10 but it hit the spot!

Ordered pizza for carry out. Said 15 minutes it was ready in 10, but it was worst pizza. Like it had been sitting around and they just warmed it up. Burnt tasted awful. Had just got my kids one on Saturday and it was just fine. I think they did not cook it fresh and will not buy another one.

I’m shocked to see such a low review score for this Domino’s. I thought everything was great with my experience yesterday. Delivery came very quick. The tracker was neat to follow and very accurate. The food was still very hot . We tried the cinnamon twists for the first time and I couldn’t stop eating them. They were so good. Our thin crust pizza was cut in squares which I didn’t prefer too much because it reminds me of Imos which I don’t like but it didn’t take away from everything else being good. The other pizza was a pan crust so I was good. I’m going to start ordering from you guys more so keep up the good work. Thanks.

Was served this garbage. They didn’t charge me and I still feel like I overpaid. No sauce on the pizza, tablespoons of grease in the cheese dip, they forgot to put a lid on the cheese and grease poured everywhere, soaking through the boxes and ruining my jeans. I’m also not sure how they manage to burn and undercook the pizza at the same time, but the cheese was not done and the crust was burned.
Edit: These are my jeans after washing them. That’s the amount of grease that poured off the cheese dip, through the box, and through my jeans. It ruined my pants. Nothing about the food served was acceptable, and handing someone a box with a tub of uncovered hot grease in it is just idiotic. Thankfully it wasn’t burn the skin hot because it would have burned me instead of just destroying my clothing before I even opened the box.

What a joke. Ordered pizza for 4 pm Saturday pickup. There’s nobody at the store and the lights are off. We’ve been charged and now have to figure out how to get a refund. Do not order from here!
UPDATE: They charged our card a few days later for a pizza they never made on a day they didn’t show up to work. That is FRAUD. We will never order from them again and I suggest nobody else order from them either. We had to issue a charge back via the credit card company to get our money back.

It’s great but we will no longer order they took away the melted 5 cheese blend dip we would get with garlic bread knots and it’s just not the same

Had a bad experience about a week ago. Pizza came an hour late, was cold and hard as a rock, and one of the boxes fell apart spilling pizza everywhere. Called and spoke with the manager JR. He was extremely apologetic and offered to rush replacements. We had already waited so long and kid were hungry, so I asked to credit me. They were short staffed and having issues with their boxes. Just called to redeem the credit and got JR again. He was again very apologetic and not only got my two pizzas, but didn’t charge me for some add-ons I placed. Running a business, you’re going to have bad days and unhappy customers. However I believe it’s about how you handle it. This guy’s customer service skills are on point and I’m sure he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with the stress. He was multitasking both times I called and just rolled with it. Took what would have been zero starts to five!
