I like Popeye’s chicken, but like everything, the price is increasing and the portion is decreasing. I ordered a 5 piece of thighs. I measured the largest thigh in the box. It was 4” x 5”. After I pulled off all the breading, the chicken measured 2.75” x 3.25”. Sadly, it reminded me of what you get in a Banquet meal for $1.25, except in the Banquet meal comes with potatoes and a vegetable. After eating most of the chicken, I picked up the last piece of breading with my fingers and squeezed it. Grease dripped like a leaky faucet. I was so sick that night and most of the next day. No more Popeye’s for me. I do love their gravy though. It is awesome!

Once I finished my meal here, I knew I had to leave a review. I rarely leave a review for a fast food place, especially one that we encounter on a road trip. But this location truly deserved one. I was very surprised when I found out that it was rated so low. Other than the portions being bigger than usual and well presented/organized on the trays, the customer service was amazing (possibly better than Chick fil a)! The managers combined with the employees made this a memorable experience by giving us helpful suggestions and always smiling. One of the managers even gave us extra Cajun seasoning packets to put on our fries as we were asking for sauce. This was truly my best fast food experience to date.

I’ve been to the drive thru in this popeyes many times. The food is usually borderline acceptable, but the service on the food is horrible. Long wait for something that they had ready to give me. Food slightly cold from letting it sit. Just about every time I’ve been there service is below what it should be. Other fast food restaurants in the area the food service is consistently better.

We had a wonderful experience. We had some miscommunication with our order. The manager was very polite and fix our order the way my daughter wanted it. We left very happy. Everything was freshly made and the service was top notch . Visit them. Thank me later☺️

I accidentally placed an online order for the wrong store because I was working in a different city. I tried to call the store where the order went three times and got a voicemail that was full. I went to the store where the order went, after I got off work. The young lady in the drive thru tells me they still have the order. I asked if they would make it fresh and she said she had to ask the manager. She was okay with giving me food that had been sitting for 5 1/2 hours. The manager says that I should have called immediately. I informed this foreign lady that I attempted calling three times. She said she always answers the phone and didn’t get a call. I called the number while talking to her and she answered so she knows that I called. She then agreed and had the nerve to say again to call immediately next time. THERE WON’T BE A NEXT TIME… That’s ridiculous!!

Ordered through the Popeyes app, picked up the food within 15-20 min, the food was super cold. The only thing that was hot was one of the sides. The sad part is, this isn’t the first time that’s happened. I try to give a place the benefit of the doubt however this has been at least the third time it’s happened. Would rather just order somewhere else next time and not give this place another chance.

This is only the second time I’ve been to Popeyes. Now I remember why I didn’t go back the last time. When it comes to fried chicken I’ll take Royal farms any day. My wife and I both had the two-piece combo with red beans and rice. I definitely had an upset stomach after eating there. The gentleman that waited on us was really nice. So I can’t say anything bad about the service. I’m just not a big fan of the Popeyes recipe for chicken. It’s just a personal preference, nothing personal.

Each time I visit here my experience is the same….great service with a smile, great chicken (perfectly cooked, nice size pieces), great biscuits and sides, nice ambiance and little wait for order to be filled!
