So disappointed. The last few times I’ve gone in the bagels are just poorly made. Today it was all brand new people. I ended up with 3 dozen flat bagels! Can’t tell if they gave me yesterday’s left over stock? Since I was there at 6:40. Either way who ever is making the bagels need to be retrained. Bagels, not bagel chip.

Pretty terrible customer service from “Sam.” Two staff members seemed to have the sniffles. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

To start I love Brueggers and have grown up going to it and even worked there when I was a teenager. I do not get the chance to go often anymore but I got the chance to go before work and ordered online a Western Bagel (my favorite). I usually get ham no egg but I could not make that modification online so I was like whatever I will get the egg. I then started to eat it and was like this tastes gross and I looked at it and there was MOLD on the egg!! the bacon was also bleh. I almost puked, I was so triggered I ate any of it (nauseous thinking back on it). There was also a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese that tasted stale to my coworker. These were both ordered early in the morning so should have been the freshest. I emailed Brueggers about it but never got a response. I am only writing this in hope this never happens again because it is so disheartening.

What a very disappointing visit! Ordered a jalapeno bagel toasted with lox etc. And it came out cold and by the looks of it, the bagels all shrunk. 9$ lox sandwich!!!?? Nope. I can do better elsewhere. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the coffee. (Because I made it myself ) the was my 2nd time there. 1st time was way better. Not planning to be back. Too bad, quality has gone down

I love the bagels and coffee here, but they have REMOVED ALL TABLES AND CHAIRS. I do not feel welcomed in the store. I feel like there trying to rush me out of the store. There is a huge amount of empty space and NO WHERE TO SIT.

All available tables where dirty. Staff was friendly but didn’t get my order correct. Had to also ask for my drink after waiting for my food . Bagels are very good mad on sight.
