We ordered through the app, got a French dip and bacon cheese burger. There was no bacon on the cheeseburger so we went back inside to get the correct order. They then said “now we have to cook this all over again”, like it was coming out of their pocket and the biggest inconvenience and hardship they will ever face. They also went “don’t forget the bacon” in a very condescending way. It’s really not that deep, I hope these people have a better day and find a job they actually like.

Arby’s delivers tasty sandwiches with plenty of variety beyond the usual fast food. The roast beef is always tender, and I enjoy their curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Staff were friendly and the dining area was clean. Service was a little slow during the dinner rush, but overall it was a solid experience and a place I’ll return to.

Love Arby’s. Their steak bites were horrible (but what can anyone expect of “steak bites” at Arby’s). They were salty and fatty. I had to try them, but never again. Their double Arby’s beef sandwich is so good. We each bought an extra one for breakfast the next day. The place was freezing cold. We ate as fast as we could so we could get out to our warm car.

Staff was nice and food met expectations. The building, however, needs some TLC. This franchisee needs to start reinvesting in their business and replace furnishings. Booths are torn. Chairs are worn. Tables were clean, however. Outside is also showing wear.

Brittany took my order she said the total was $12.62 so I gave her three five dollars bills fifteen dollars then she doesn’t give me my change and said I only gave her $10.00 then I look at my receipt and she gave me a senior discount I’m 40 years old she probably pocketed the five dollars horrible customer service.

I really enjoy the Market Street Arby’s. They have friendly staff. Tip: use the mobile app when ordering for deals. Once you submit order it is ready for pickup in 5 minutes.

They are fully staffed and several people are just standing around. The young man at the counter is newer and respectful. That’s what he only good thing. They got my order wrong , food was old and I waited 30 plus minutes. Shut them down. 6 people couldn’t even service 2 customers
