-Nice verity of sandwiches and coffee. Both tasty and satisfying. Friendly and quick service. High priced!
-Another visit. Coffee service speed could definitely be better. Food comes out fast. Almost like another barista station is needed. Otherwise a good choice when your only other option is the buck.

The sandwich was actually very good. Just don’t order any food if you’re pressed for time. Also the friendliness of the staff is lacking.

Went here twice in the last 2 weeks.
First time the employee was talking to another about how they hate customers who are indecisive and order items without waiting to hear the options they have.
Second time one of the employees was talking about being in a relationship and realizing they hate men. Actually had to interrupt that conversation to order. Almost turned around and left.
Both time they talked as if customers couldn’t hear or see them.
Just very odd and uncomfortable at times.
-Getting better with food and drink delivery.
Looks like they went to pretty much complete pushing buttons for coffee.
Still not the friendliest group.
Another visit: just straight up rude!!
I ordered a drink and I get “we can’t make that” that’s after I approached the register and was just stared at by two employees, before hearing “yes?”
And then when I get the alternative drink I ordered, it was placed on counter and that employee says nothing and walks away.
Are we as customers an inconvenience!?
Final visit:
Still very rude and no employee wants to be there. All an inconvenience for them. Coffee is crap and now the food is too. Use to put up with it for the California bagel. Now its more expensive nearly $14 and u get less. A bagel, a piece of smoked salmon and a little scrambled egg. Crap.
Don’t waste your time or money.

I had a great experience today at Southern Grounds JAX A Concourse. The barista was friendly and attentive to her customers. I had the avocado toast and Honey B Lavender iced coffee. Both of my items were delicious and served timely.

Very disappointed in my experience. I ordered an iced latte with a syrup – watched the girl pour iced coffee from a pitcher and dump in some whole milk? Genuinely not sure if that is how this location makes iced lattes but a latte is espresso and milk, not iced coffee and milk. They also forgot to put my syrup in, but I will say the girl fixed that for me quickly when I let her know.
But if they rly are selling iced coffee instead of lattes every time they’re severely overcharging. 7.96$ or something for a 20 ounce?? I hate to trash any local coffee place bc anything is better than Starbucks but tbh it felt like I was in one during this whole exchange.

I wish I could give it less than one star but that’s not an option. The coffee was cold so I told the lady asked her for a different cup she gave me another one and was still cold and it tasted like it been sitting there all day. So I told her that she did not offer me a refund nor when I asked her if she could make me a fresh cup she said it was fresh she was obviously lying not a coffee drinker.

When you think of airport food, you don’t expect much. You normally happy if the place is clean, the lines are short and the food is satisfying. This place is on another level. Clean, fast, and delicious fresh food. An Airport Michelin Star restaurant. ⭐

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Complete incompetency. It took literally over a half an hour and I still never got my food! Guy behind me took my order not paying attention to the name or anything. Then by the time his order came up the workers behind the counter didnt understand. I tried to explain. They just ended up refunding me. 40 mins of my time wasted and I had no time left to grab anything else. Do not go here.

Literally the slowest rudest service I’ve ever experienced. I stood there for like 10 minutes waiting to order and iced coffee with one person in front of me and the employees were just talking and looking at their phone. After a good five more minutes I had to ask if that was coming, because I had to get to my gate on the other side of the airport, and she scoffed and poured it, which took 2 seconds. Fifteen minutes to get an iced coffee for $7 and get scoffed at.
