Stopped by post-lunch on our way back from the falls.
Such a cute coffee and pastry shop with a lot of variety. I’m more of a tea girl and was super fascinated by the tea options and how detailed each selection is fruity, floral, spicy, you name it. I also like that you can mix syrups. The staff were the sweetest and will absolutely give you great recommendations.
The drink was refreshing, and there’s a nice sit-down area to chill before heading back out to the street. The cookies and pastries looked great too, but we were way too full to try anything.
For sure will stop by again if we’re in town.

I had my wedding at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton and wanted to find a local bakery for our desserts. Silverton Bake Shop came highly recommended, and working with them turned out to be a wonderful experience. For our celebration, we chose a two-tier cake along with cupcakes and bars, and everything was beautifully done.
Throughout the planning process, communication was excellent. We went over flavors, portion sizes, and design details in depth, and I always felt that my ideas were heard and incorporated. We decided to use dried florals from Etsy as the primary decoration, and the bakery styled them perfectly on the cake—it fit the garden wedding setting exactly as I had envisioned.
The desserts were not only gorgeous but delicious, and many of our guests commented on them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Silverton Bake Shop to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

We loved getting our daughter’s cake here for her first birthday! It was easy to order, the shop was very thorough about clarifying exactly what we wanted, and pickup was a breeze. We got chocolate cake with the raspberry jam filling, and it was so delicious- our little girl thoroughly enjoyed it, and so did we. 🙂

Bread pudding- absolutely fantastic. Sweet vanilla buttercream frosting on top. I really enjoyed it. I thought it had a great cinnamon flavor and a great texture. Whitney wasn’t nearly as impressed. I want it again.
Coffee cake- dry, with a decent flavor but I didn’t eat my half. Not worth the calories to me. Whitney enjoyed it.
Molasses cookie- super soft. Extra moist. Good molasses flavor. Not as snappy as I like but still delicious.
Meg cookie- essentially a sugar cookie with some crunchy sesame seeds. It had butterscotch and a few other things but I didn’t get much off it other than some crunch from the sesame’s a little bit of coconut flavor and mostly sugar cookie flavor.

Great atmosphere (very kid friendly) with even better baked goods! Our boys love going and getting, “nummies”, at the bake shop and we are yet to find anything we didn’t love! Even branched out and tried the sweet potato bar last time we were in and it was INCREDIBLE. A must try for locals and people passing through alike.

The artisan chocolate cookies are some of the best I’ve ever had. These aren’t your average store bought corporate sweets. These are made with quality ingredients with a sprinkle of love.
