So I have started going to this Dunkin’ Donuts about once every morning and I’m thinking today will be the last! Every time I went… the iced latte that I get has never been made consistently. It was decent every time but not how it should’ve been not to mention when I got this morning it looked like someone had drank about a quarter of it.

Has been my go-to Dunks for a while now in the mornings. I usually get the dude in the am who is super cool and friendly. Spacious and good internet, bathroom and natural sunlight. If you come between 8 and 10 to sit, it might be too much sunlight. Mostly used as drive through so not too crowded. One of the folks behind the counter was doing a lot of coughing — I hope corporate can provide more incentives and support for staying at home when someone has something going on like that.

This location had been good in the past and I gave a good review but something has drastically changed not for the better.. I have to comment after the experience I had this afternoon. I think the earlier in the day crew may be better but I warn you! Don’t go to this D&D like around 5 or 6 PM. There were only two people.. it wasn’t crazy busy but the staff was absolutely incompetent.. after 25 minutes of waiting and people in the drive thru leaving in discust.. We got a caramel latte with no coffee in it! I saw the guy who had just had his fingers all over the cash register without gloves touched my bagels with his bare hands to put in the toaster!!! Then after the fact put a glove on one hand.. that was it for me.. I walked out! This is a safety issue and whoever is running this D&D is going to lose business if they don’t get a handle on the health practices of their staff.. this is unacceptable..

This is the best Dunkin Donuts, in my opinion. The coffee is always made to perfection every time and the staff are wonderful! Especially Jay, he is an absolute gem! This location is my go to choice for a quick coffee and breakfast!

If I could give 0 stars I would, every single time this location messes up. They are nasty and rude and refused to help repeatedly. It’s especially great when the shift lead, Nicole, refuses to come over to deal with a customer situation and on top of it half hour order was missing. I can’t wait to call corporate tomorrow and let them know the abhorrent customer service and lack of quality this location has; they should be ashamed. P. S Train your staff to have basic respect if they are in a public facing job. If they don’t know the phone number to they location, they shouldn’t tell you to “Google it, its not that hard.”

They need to have someone at the counter to wait on customers. Five employees at the drive-up and two in the back with people waiting at the counter is a poor use of employees. One gentleman politely asked if someone could help him and got an eye roll from an employee. He had been waiting several minutes. This is not the first time this as happened.

I stopped in to ask for a towel. The kind human at the counter accepted my plea and asked me to wait. I was given napkins with the words “Love notes” printed on them. They were very good at absorbing the moisture building on my face. After wiping myself off, I requested some milk. I was offered a choice between regular and chocolate milk, as they have both. The wonderful flavor of the rich chocolatey goodness called to me, and I later found out I left the store with a mustache of moist cocoa.
