Don’t bother using the app to order ahead . They will make sure the line is empty before making any online orders. Waited 45 min after I pre ordered 30 minutes ahead of time for 2 sandwiches… And this happens regularly during lunch

this is the third time i’ve placed an order at this store and they’ve messed up. i put in all caps NO MAYO because it makes me break out in hives, the last two times the sandwich had mayo on it. now when i try to call the store for some type of refund or replacement the phone just rings and rings with no one answering. however runs this store is a poor excuse for some employees, worst part is I can’t even go to the store myself to talk to someone because i’m at work myself. extremely disappointing.
