Everyone please report to Algoma Health. This place needs to be shut down. -10 star absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have seen in a long time. Who ever manages this store should be arrested. Ordered all chicken sandwiches with cheese. After paying they had no cheese said they would not give a refund and would put a gravy in. Which they did not. Pictured burger was the best one of the 3. Ordered extra pickles on one which had 1 pickle on it. Moldy roof right over there fountain pop. Smells like food poisoning and I was right. Please save your family and run from this location as fast and far as you can. No wounder all staff wears masks they don’t want to die in there.

I placed an online order on December 3rd, 2025. Shortly after, someone called to inform me that they had to close the store for some reason, but a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 business days. I have not received anything since. I’ve called the store manager several times, and each time I’m told the refund will take 3–5 business days, but nothing has been processed. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading.

They’ve closed there front tills forcing everyone to use the self ordering terminals in the dinning area. A Tuesday special (2 pieces of dark meat and fries) took near ten minutes. Very little care put into customer service and food prep.

Terrible. The chicken was all bones and the 3 sides we chose were all sent to us as coleslaw and when I called them about it they said they were out of the other salads so they substituted. Didn’t even bother to call us regarding it after we spent $80+. The chicken pieces are tiny and unrecognizable. Not sure how this place is even still in business.

I recently tried the fresh chicken from KFC, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The chicken was cooked to crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. You could tell it was freshly made, with great seasoning that wasn’t too overpowering. The quality was top-notch, and I enjoyed every bite. The portion size was generous as well. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the mood for some flavourful and fresh fried chicken!

Ordered in drive thru. Was told 7 minutes, only to wait 22 minutes. Unacceptable! Order was suppose to be a Boneless Bucket and Zinger combo. They packed me this! Total disaster. Not impressed.

Cashier did not understand what I wanted and I ended up paying more for what I thought was included in the price. As far as I’m concerned the value for what was charged was poor. The chicken was very greasy. It took one bite and then I remembered why I stopped going to KFC.
