Visiting El Paso for work. My hotel was downtown, and NY Gourmet Deli was open at 1:30AM after I checked into the hotel on a red eye. Fresh hot food that tasted amazing, brought me back to the old New York bodegas. Ramsey was running the kitchen like a boss, there were about 10 customers lined up and he made it from scratch within about 10 mins. Asked him to make the food spicy and he delivered. Thankful for these guys working late nights to keep us fed at a reasonable price.

Greetings y’all. A nice little spot located in Downtown El Paso Tx on Mills St next to the Downtown Post Office. This deli has items for the people who live Downtown like a convenient store. Hygiene items, snacks, cereal, drinks, as well as good food. They cook your food as you wait. They have subs, burgers, breakfast, salads, coffee and tea. They have good lunch specials as well. Overall a great place to stop in and get a bight.

I’ve been wanting to try this New York deli for a while, and every time we’re nearby, the aroma is irresistible. Located downtown, it’s definitely a must-try!
I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and it was perfectly prepared with just the right amount of ingredients. I can’t recall exactly what my boyfriend ordered, but I did try it and found it delicious as well.
Overall, I highly recommend this little gem for anyone looking for great deli food!

This was a happenin’ little hole in the wall! I almost thought I walked into the wrong place because it looked like a convenience store. They were just finishing up a large order when I walked in so there was a bit of a wait. But she gave me that heads up as I was ordering so I could make the choice if I was able to wait or was in a rush- which I appreciated. I got a cheeseburger with bacon & fried egg and fries. It was good. If I went again, I’d ask for a side of the seasoning on the fries so I could use it on my burger and add extra on my fries for more flavor.

Definitely has that New York bodega feel. Chopped cheese tastes exactly like the ones in the Big Apple. My girlfriend liked her bagel. Their menu is pretty robust, I would’ve liked to have tried their halal options but wasn’t enough time. Lots of seating available as well which was nice. I bet this place is packed during a weekday lunch hour.

This might be the best Philli in the city!!! Perfect balance of ingredients and not light on the meat. The steak tastes so good on its own too!! Well done, can’t wait to come back.

My sister & I went in to try it. The guys were friendly, they have a huge selection on the menu, and we ordered Cheese bacon burgers with cheese fries. We love the unique selection of drinks. We saw some we haven’t seen anywhere else. Our food was great! I fell in love with the crisp bacon. The portions are decent as well. My sis and I left filled and very happy.
