I judge Asian restaurants by how well they do their sweet and sour. . . When I asked the owners/cooks about their sweet and sour chicken they informed me that it was homemade. Which should tell you enough right there. The sauce was to die for and the chicken cooked to perfection, the type of meal that you eat until it’s hard to walk out the door. Highly recommend this place, if you’re anywhere near okanogan county come check this place out! Not to mention the owner had us sample a few of their other dishes for free!

My husband and I have visited Bamboo Thai a few times. We usually order the beef pho, which is very good. Tonight they were out of pho so we tried the broccoli beef and the teriyaki chicken. It was the best we’ve ever had. We appreciate we can text our orders in and they’re pretty fast about putting it together (usually ready in 15 – 30 minutes). It’s nice to have some diversity in the food options in our area and we will continue to visit bamboo because we want to keep such a quality restaurant in business.

Visited this food truck at the Everett Food Truck festival. The food was wonderful! The five spice sauce on the bani mi was just the right amount sweet, savory and salty. The line was long but it was worth the wait!

Visited this wonderful truck at the Everett Food Truck Festival, they were kind and very informative about their food. They had a long line and we thought wow they must be good with so many people wanting to try their food, well worth the wait because it was delicious!!!!
