Had a great experience ordering online from Carl’s Jr. The process was smooth, the order was accurate, and everything was ready on time. The food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly how it was supposed to be—burgers were juicy and fries were perfect. Alex and Alba did an awesome job making sure the order was handled correctly and efficiently. You can tell they really care about quality and customer service. Definitely one of the better online ordering experiences I’ve had, and I’ll for sure be ordering again.

I went through the drive-through tonight and ordered a chicken sandwich. I did wait for it to be cooked. I got home and the chicken was undercooked which happens sometimes, but when I returned tonight to tell the young man in the drive-through about my sandwich (which I brought back) he apologized remade a different sandwich for me also gave me a little chocolate cake and he was just the sweetest so yes, even though my sandwich was undercooked. I really appreciate the service and how apologetic and understanding he was 5 stars for sure.

Well, I certainly did not expect Commerce City of all places have a pretty good Carl’s Jr., or a pretty good anything, honestly.
Nothing special about our experience, super clean, music was not too loud, and the ladies behind the counter were super friendly and even gave me a warning that my food was fresh out of the fryer, so it was definitely piping hot.
Seriously good fast food here, which is saying something nowadays.

Bathrooms are disgusting. Literally had to wipe down everything with soap and water before I would even touch anything. No paper towels. (how can employees even wash their hands? I’d have to assume they probably dont.) Toilets are discusting and have stuff literally coated on the edges of the seat & the toilet paper dispenser is broken and just left to hang down. Come on, really? I guess you can’t expect much more from a fast food company.
