Absolutely one of the best Thai spots around!
I’ve been coming to this Thai place many times and even hired them for private events, and every single experience has been outstanding. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. From Pad Thai to drunken noodles, curries, fried rice, and their sauces, everything is packed with authentic Thai flavor and great quality ingredients. They also have fresh cut fries yummmy!
Their catering and event service was especially impressive: punctual, organized, professional, and the food was a big hit with all my guests. You can really tell they care about what they do and about their customers.
As for some of the negative comments about hours or availability, it’s completely normal for food trucks and small businesses to adjust hours due to weather, equipment issues, or emergencies. They are very active on Instagram and regularly post updates about locations and hours, which I personally find very helpful. Following them there makes everything easy.
Wait times can happen anywhere when food is made fresh, and I’d rather wait a bit longer for quality than get rushed, mediocre food. In my experience, the staff has always been friendly, calm, and respectful.
It’s honestly disappointing to see people try to tear down a hardworking local business that clearly puts effort into delivering great food and service. This place deserves its great reputation, and I will continue supporting them and recommending them to friends and family.

My condo has arranged to have Noi’s food truck come here to serve their delicious food while we wait for our new cafe to open. I’ve had Penang Curry Chicken and Rice ($16.95) with Thai Iced Tea ($4.95), Pad See Ew ($15.95), and today I got Cashew Chicken ($16.95) in a wonderful Thai Chili sauce. Noi’s Kitchen is hands down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever tried! I ordered the Banana Egg Rolls, Basil Pad Ka Prow, and Pineapple Fried Rice—and every single bite was fire.
The Pad Ka Prow was packed with bold, fresh flavors and just the right amount of heat. You could taste the love in the basil and garlic—it was legit restaurant quality from a food truck. The Pineapple Fried Rice was beautifully balanced—sweet, savory, and super satisfying, with juicy chunks of pineapple and perfectly cooked rice. And don’t even get me started on the Banana Egg Rolls… crispy on the outside, warm and gooey on the inside, with just the right touch of sweetness. Absolute perfection.

I ate here when we first moved here three years ago it was at the Tanger outlets in National harbor and I was so impressed. Then fortunately for me I found them again here on JBAB. One of the best meals I have eaten in DC. I absolutely love this place, the food is delicious (spices are perfect), the owner is friendly, and you can tell it’s super clean. If you have the opportunity to eat here don’t even hesitate just do it!

We’ve had Noi’s out to our community more than a dozen times, and every visit has been fantastic! Their customer service is excellent, and the food is always wonderful. The steak and cheese egg rolls and the crab ragoons are absolutely amazing! Our residents love them, and so does our staff. We always look forward to having them come out again!

The panang curry chicken and rice is very good, the food truck was recommended by a friend who stated the food on the truck is very good. I had to try for myself and he was right, no complaints. I will try the chicken basil rice next and let everyone know. If you DO NOT LIKE SUGAR added to your food, I recommend Noi’s Kitchen

I was excited to try this place as I love Thai food and they are walkable distance for me. I ordered food on lunch time last weekend, not aware they are closed at the time. Transaction went through and I receive email receipt since they use square. Since then I tried multiple attempt to reach out and request refund. If they processed it, it would be as simple in square to generate refund notification as I used it at work. I have to go through bank to dispute it. The owner on the phone is so flaky. I honestly don’t understand why they would make it this way for customer. I would honestly be ok with no refund and just give me the food another time but their attitude over the phone is so unbelievable that I won’t deal with them.
