Update: Sent these pics up the chain to corporate and they said the franchise owner would contact me. They haven’t so clearly they really don’t care. ORIGINAL POST: Stopped in 2 weeks ago and had an amazing steak and cheese footlong. The bun was stuffed and very filling. Ordered the same thing on the app tonight and it had half the ingredients as last time and I totally thought they forgot the meat. Checkout the pictures.

Ordered 2 foot long subs on Italian (not toasted) on a late afternoon. The bread was so stale the crust was falling off. Inedible, mostly ended up in garbage.

Today was the third time I attempted to go through the drive thru. The employee told me that he would be with me after he “filled a walk-in customers order”. And he also told me that he “was the only employee working there”. Which I was very understanding about. However, after waiting for five minutes, and watching people walk in and walk out with orders, they never waited on me. I even drove up to the drive-through window. And didn’t see anybody around. There was stacks of boxes in the drive thru cashier area. This tells me they really don’t want people using the drive-through. If that’s the case, then I would think the management would just close down the drive-through option. I don’t intend to ever come back to this restaurant. Very poor management and no way to contact them.

Food was put in the toaster but the cheese wasn’t even melted and the bread wasn’t even toasted tasted like it wasn’t even toasted at all still cold spent almost 50 dollars last night not to happy at all got all 3 of my subs toasted

Definitely not one of the better Subway locations from my experience. Employees looked like their jobs were slowly killing their will to live. A bit dirty, especially if you tend to look under the tables and in the corners. Sloppily swept floors can easily translate to sloppily kept food storage/prep. Sandwich was presented decently however so I can’t be too harsh. Probably won’t stop back in though.

This used to be one of my favorite locations to frequent. My family and I stop here multiple times a week and order multiple sandwiches. I’m so tired of being charged for things I order online and not receiving them. It literally happens almost every single time we come now. It’s really disappointing not to receive what you ordered and paid for.

I had to repeat my order three different times to two different people. I asked for a “tiny bit” of mustard. Instead, I was given so much mustard that it oozed out of the sandwich, coating the wrapper. I had to wipe mustard off the exterior of the bread in order to be able to eat my sandwich. They forgot to give me my chips but remembered to charge me for them. When I looked through the drive-they window, I could see purses and personal belongings on the counter, which makes me question the cleanliness of the restaurant.
