Ordered for delivery, this location allowed the order, then 10 minutes later called to inform me they didn’t have a delivery driver. As someone who’s worked in the fast food industry even as a delivery driver, I understand. Here’s the issue, my money was still taken, the order was still accepted manually by the store, and instead of figuring out a solution, they called me with a problem, didnt leave a voicemail because an unknown number was calling me after 6pm, then gave me attitude when I called back, I tried to resolve the issue but really I ordered delivery because I had a long day. Then I went to the other location off Lindbergh assuming that was the right location as no name or address was confirmed with me on the call. Discovered it was the sunset hills location, had -2 issues at Lindbergh, completely turned the situation around for me. Then when I called sunset to tell them I wasn’t coming, they hung up on me. Never ordering here again. Jimmy Johns, get your stores in order, this is how you lose customers.

I forgot why I stopped ordering from this this location, but was reminded exactly why earlier today. I ordered online and after 2 hours, my order had not arrived. I tried calling multiple times for an update but no one answered, forcing me to drive to the location. Upon my arrival I asked to speak to a manager. I was greeted by a young woman with dark hair and piercings. I explained the situation, and was told that the driver had just left with all the deliveries. (2 hours after I ordered.) I asked for a refund, and was promptly given one. No apology, no offer to rectify the situation…nothing. After leaving, I remembered a similar situation from last year, and if I recall correctly it was the same manager. She is rude, condescending, and completely abysmal at her job. After looking at other reviews It appears that I am one of many who feel this way. I will no longer order from here or any other JJ’s in the future, as I feel this is a reflection on the company as a whole, to keep such an inept person at her job for this long cannot be a one off situation.

Just want to say.. good thing I like avocado. And good thing I asked for extra napkins.. had to take off half the toppings just to be eatable. Workers were obviously aggravated.. seemed annoyed when I asked to put my number in for rewards , responded with “yep, yep” before I could even finish my question…

The woman with dark hair who I assume is the manager was very unkind to customers and employees. She was cussing in front of customers about the AC and wasn’t very tentative. The past few times I’ve visited the manager with dark hair, glasses, and facial piercings was so degrading to her employees especially the older man. I am typically served by the man who provides great customer service. He is very kind and good at what he does. I wish they had a different manager. This location would be more successful and inviting

A horrible, horrible operation. I ordered a sandwich, which they prepared incorrectly. I saw that it was incorrect, before I even took one bite from it. So I took it to the counter and simply ask them to fix it, and the manager flat out refused. Not only did she refuse, but she was extremely rude and insulting about it. So I simply – in a calm normal voice – ask her to refund my money. She not only refused, but she was totally obnoxious and started insulting me again. Needless to say, I will never go back.

I can’t speak about the food quality because every time I try to order something from this place they are closed hours before the closing time or they don’t have anything. How is this place still running? I also ordered online before I got there and told me I should be refunded next week… This is the same location that had people stealing the cash at the drive through. If you plan on ordering here, have a second option bc they are not a functional fast food place. I’d give it negotive stars if I could

Tipping culture is getting out of control! They called and harassed me to see if I would tip my delivery driver. The GM cancelled my delivery order because apparently they “work for tips” which if that is a company policy, that needs to be on the website. The employees not being paid adequately should never be taken out on the customer.
Now they won’t be getting a tip from me or any more of my business. I deleted my customer account and the mobile app off my phone.

I usually enjoy going to this location as they ate fast and make a good sandwich. However this trip was not good when I got to the office and went to eat my sandwich I found my $9 plus sandwich had little to no tuna on it. I have had this sandwich multiple times and have never had this happen. Since I was at work I was not able to return to get it fixed. I will give them another try but will be watching ro make sure they make the sandwich correct.

The absolute worst Jimmy John’s. Continuously try to give it a try and it always disappoints. Sandwiches are never prepared correctly and always taste like they are sour/expired. , staff are rude half of the time. It’s a shame because the location is so convenient but it’s just not worth it anymore.

Never had such bad service at a JJs before, ever – and it’s repeatedly like that. We usually drive through and still have issues.
This last incident was the final straw. After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of us and none after to pick up one sandwich we ended up leaving. They didn’t even apologize when I knocked on the window and said to cancel our order due to the excessively long wait… At each visit I’m repeatedly told that they did not staff enough people. After reading other reviews I do think there were occasions where we were charged more than we should have been, which is apparently a known issue at this location. We will be visiting another location in the future.
