Both of the Dunks in Easthampton are excellent pero since I go to this one once or twice a day this one is 2nd home!! The staff are like my family, my cousins 😉 (they really not tho) They are super friendly and efficient. Some of the hardest workers I know. I love this Dunks!!

Normally very nice and friendly. Today I had to return a drink because it had whole milk instead of oat due to an allergy and I could hear someone say inside ya sure they have an allergy they’re probably just saying that. No i have an allergy and an epi pen sitting next to me to bring home the point. I do appreciate them informing me that the pumpkin flavor i was about to drink had dairy and I hadn’t realized. Service was fast and efficient but you should never assume someone doesn’t have an allergy when they say they do, that could lead to you killing someone and I don’t think whoever made that comment fully appreciates that fact.

They always take forever when you order food. Today they asked what I’m waiting on…almost forgetting I’m still there..they help remind me why I don’t go to that one anymore. My drink doesn’t look mixed at all.. it’s all at the bottom and my wraps are burnt…no excuses. Do better.

Went here yesterday. The First Lady was very nice, we ordered our 2 ice coffees at the drive thru speaker, lady asked us if we wanted anything else, I turned to my wife to confirm we were good and some guy jumped on the microphone and was like “you want bagel bites, there’re delicious, just say you want them, you won’t regret it.” People laughing in the background on microphone, I asked the kid if he was high and his reply was “yes” so I drove off.
