Not one to really leave reviews often but this needs to be heard.
I ordered A pizza for the second time … Was not impressed with it at all… really lacking flavor all around just tasteless sauce and extremely greesy,…. But,….. Thought maybe it was a rough day for them or maybe I was off lol so I tried them again…bad idea.
Guy on phone was again, surprisingly extremely rude and unpleasant (Again!!),…. Still ordered a chicken Parm and another pizza and honestly was just plain upset… they suck at cooking, and their attitude says and tells all. Again food is dull has no taste and very bland just blah and I’m not a picky eater or hard to please. Even the chicken Parm was disappointing really dry and just not enjoyable.
Definitely wouldn’t waste my money going there again especially for being a first time customer and…Still returning…and being treated really poorly both times for no reason.
Dont bother eating here, you’ll be happy you didn’t. And if you do happen to get something for whatever reason.. you’ll see exactly what I’m saying is sadly true and the unprofessional, poor management rude behavior and negative energy is not liked or needed.. and food is just not good and a waste of money.

Ordered calamari. Literally had no flavor. Like none whatsoever. The dipping sauce which should have been a marinara sauce. The sauce that came with the calamari was a very very very low quality type of spaghetti sauce. Never ordering here again. Ever. Terrible, but what it is Waterbury so I don’t expect top tier either

I ordered a large pizza and a large calzone with mushrooms and chicken, there was all of a handful of mushrooms and no chicken.
Also was severely over cooked. Smelled burnt looked burnt tasted burnt. When I called the most they could offer was a “sorry ma’am won’t happen again” you’re right because we won’t be ordering again. Theres been a serious decline in quality over the last few times and this was the last straw.

I recently ordered a pizza (Dine in) from Edgewood Pizza, and it was an experience I hope to never repeat. The moment I opened the box, I was greeted by a pool of water and oil that had soaked through the crust, making it a soggy mess. The cheese, which was clearly frozen, hadn’t melted properly and formed unappetizing clumps across the pie.
The most horrifying part, however, was discovering a fly cooked into the cheese. It was utterly disgusting and unacceptable.
The overall taste was just as bad as the appearance. The combination of frozen cheese, excess water and oil, and the added “protein” of a fly made for a thoroughly revolting meal. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from [Restaurant Name] to think twice. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

My food was left on the ground in my Apparments complex. Food was cold and no refund was stated by slice the delivery app and the pizza place. Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Never going to be supporting this local business nor my family members will either be careful to all.

Stopped in for lunch and instantly regretted it. The place was extremely dirty, and I watched the cashier answer the phone and then go straight to preparing food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about cleanliness or food safety.
