They just need more help especially during peak hours. Have someone maybe dedicated to handle the door dash orders that come in. It was only 2 guys working with a long line in the store and DoorDash orders flying in. I felt bad for the guys.

The person that cooked the subs had a trash attitude. Packed the wrong chips and looked like she didn’t want to be there. Slammed all the food and chips in the bag then threw the bag on the pick up rack.

I’ve ordered here online through doordash a few times and I’ve gone into place an order several times so I have a well-rounded perspective of my review and out of everything I’m not happy with the service. The few times that I have gone in in person to place my order I wasn’t greeted and the very last time I went I was told that the store was closed because the location was out of bread. The representative that spoke to me wasn’t thorough nor polite in explaining the unfortunate situation but insisted they were closed and I would have to come back another day. I work down the street from this location and I won’t be back. I also noticed that over time the portion size has gotten smaller so it’s not beneficial for me to return unfortunately.

Very unfriendedly staff. The food is never consistent. This place has a high turnover rate. Please teach all staff to weigh meat so that it’s consistent – food cost too much to be cheated. They can never get my order correct. I don’t want all bread to get full. I wanted tuna but it didn’t look edible.

TOOTH IN MY SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I normally don’t eat at Jersey Mike’s very often, but when I do, the food is usually good. However, on November 18, 2025, I ordered a steak and cheese with extra meat through Uber Eats. I even paid the extra four dollars, thinking the sandwich would be worth it.

The order arrived late because of Uber Eats, but it was still hot, so I didn’t think anything was wrong. I broke the sandwich in half to get ready to eat it. On my second bite, I bit down on something extremely hard. When I checked what it was, I realized it was a whole tooth, an actual human tooth inside my sandwich.

I cannot explain how disgusted and upset I was on my God. I genuinely cried. This is the most disturbing thing that has ever happened to me while eating food from any restaurant. I still cannot understand how something like this could even happen. A whole tooth in a sandwich is a major safety and sanitation concern.

THIS PLACE IS NASTY!!!! The store needs to be closed and hosed down. The counters, the register area, the doors, the whole restaurant. The guy making my sandwich shirt was so dirty I had to ask him to move my sandwich because it was close to touching it. After that he was rude. All because I didn’t want his dirty shirt touching my food that I’m paying for. It’s my fault because when I walked in the area where the tables and chairs are was filthy. I should have walked out when I saw that!!
