Every time I get dunkin, there is ALWAYS something wrong no matter if I have it delivered or go to the actual physical store. It’s either something is missing or I am given the wrong item.

Today I had gotten some dunkin delivered where I had gotten some iced drinks and two of the sausage egg and cheese sourdough sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was missing the sausage and neither of them were toasted despite pressing the option for it to be. I ordered an iced brown sugar almond macchiato, however, what came instead was an iced matcha. How do yall constantly mess up orders??? I understand a mistake or two, if this happens every once in a while, or if they are in the middle of a rush but EVERY single time is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this.

Tried to order online and got charged twice. When I went in to ask about it, I basically was told in a toddler voice that “Jenny said it would be refunded” who is Jenny? so my card gets charged twice and I get nothing? cool! before I even went I tried calling twice and got sent to voicemail both times. When something was mentioned about that, they said “wow okay have a good day” the customer service wasn’t there, it honestly isnt any time i’ve been to this one. Also, since when did we start counting wads of money on the front counter in front of customers? please get better at your jobs, and learn how to speak to people and take customer complaints. I don’t know if any management or anything was on staff. This and the one on ATL hwy do not know how to take customer complaints. They all just gather up
in a group and start smiling and laughing at each other. Hire more mature people that KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB!!!

Whenever I come to this Dunkin the girl that takes my order inside gets my order wrong EVERY TIME. She doesn’t say hello or good morning either. Just stares blankly at you like an idiot. Why aren’t we teaching costumer service anymore to workers? They need to find someone better to work the register that will actually put in the correct order instead of guessing what the customer said. Or someone who will read back your order to make sure they got it right. So irritating.

Picked up and got to work when I see all of it burnt.all the way burnt. 6 bucks for a burnt food is very disappointing. Cashier couldn’t even hear me either because she had her headphones(AirPods) in listening to music. Same for all of the workers in the back.

Stephanie is always so friendly and welcoming every time I come in! She goes above and beyond to make sure my order is right and does it all with a smile. This morning I went and ordered some breakfast and a large Latte. And this young and pretty lady helped me with my order. She was really patient and friendly , she just has a way to make feel people welcome.

I tend not to go to dunkin as much but decided to try out one of their new drinks. One of the workers named Stephanie made my experience just wonderful, as she helped me choose a drink. She had a bright smile the whole way through and excellent customer service skills. I will definitely be coming back!

Dunkin’ never fails to let me down. This Mundy Mill Rd location is no exception. I ordered a large hot coffee/Black with a shot of espresso added. I get up to the window right after I ordered and magically my large coffee with (added shot) is done. My spidey senses/PTSD from past experiences starts kicking in… I was right, no extra shot added. The donut I ordered for my son is not what the pictures advertised and the icing on the cake is the “hazelnut” latte I ordered for my wife was barely warm and had no hazelnut flavoring added whatsoever. The workers at this location simply couldn’t be bothered. I came here because the Starbucks line was too long and thought I’d give dunkin’ another shot. No line at Dunkin’ and workers a plenty and still can’t EVER get it right. Truly disappointing experience. Waste of my time and hard earned money. Why God, why?

I come to this Dunkin’ two to four times a week, and every time Daniel goes above and beyond. He knows my exact order and even remembers my name by heart. His customer service skills are outstanding—he makes me feel welcome the moment I go through the drive-through. Remembering people’s names and treating them with genuine kindness is such a rare and valuable trait. Daniel truly makes this location stand out, and because of him I will definitely keep coming back. He absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion!
