We usually love Jimmy John’s. They have good food and are fast and kind. Tonight however we didn’t want to leave the house due to the wind so we ordered delivery. It took over a half an hour to get it to us once it said out for delivery. We live 5 minutes away. We received the wrong order and our bread was hard and dry. When we tried to call them the phone just kept getting the busy signal. We tried for 20 minutes. My husband took the sandwiches back himself and explained the situation. He wasn’t rude he just calmly explained. No apology or anything. They took the sandwiches back and said well I guess we can make you the right one if you would like. He said yes please! He told them their phone wasn’t working and they said no there isn’t anything wrong with it it hasn’t rang all night. Well that’s because it isn’t working lol. They said we can look into that later on then. They gave him the correct sandwich and he left. Most places offer an apology at the least or free something for the inconvenience but nothing. It was just not the normal service we get there so let’s hope this isn’t a glimpse of their future.

3/4 of my meal was incorrect. Had to remind drive thru employee about my drink I had ordered ( this wasn’t a big deal at first, we all make mistakes) But then, I opened my to go bag to find I have received the wrong chips and also did not receive the extra mayo packets I had ordered. My sandwich was the only item correct out of the 4 items I had ordered. My order was very straight forward. Will buy from Which Wich in the future.

This morning was my first time going to jimmy John’s in scottsbluff I was impressed on how clean and well maintained the restaurant was the service was good and I Did not have to wait long at all . My sandwich was good and I enjoyed it I had it to go I would of stayed and had it their but I found the music a little too loud that is my only complaint was the music I will be a returning customer I just hope the next time the music is not to loud.

Well I wanted to try a grilled sandwich but, there wasn’t bread available, so I got the worst sandwich on wheat I have ever had could not even gag down 1/4th of the 1/2 received. I was so disappointed

Apparently the employees here are not capable of problem solving. They ran out of bread at lunch time, and refused to make a sandwich for me on the other type of bread that they did have. I will never bother to stop at a Jimmy’s again. With a wheat allergy, and all they would allow me to buy is wheat bread…even though this white bread was sitting on the counter, but it “was for different sandwiches”, not the one I wanted. Whoever manages this location needs to train employees to problem solve instead of just being rude.

Could feel the tention the minute we walked in. Placed our orders – the girl taking my order – speak up when replying so people don’t have to ask you 3x to repeat yourself and you get angry. Also, when someone asks for 2 SUBS and one is wheat and you don’t offer WHEAT SUBS – say something before making a wheat sandwich! AND then cop an attitude when a customer has to ask after the fact why a sandwich. I know people don’t want to work, but if you have a job and making money, customer service is a must.
Food wise, wish my husband sub has as much meat as my sandwich, but all together and it was only one combo and still came to 24.00, wasn’t that good.

I think they need to replace JJs and build a Firehouse Subs in scottsbluff. I could get two medium subs, on soft warm white or wheat bread, as a combo that includes a pickle AND chips, and a drink for 23.85.

Waited nearly 15 minutes and never received my order. When I finally got the employee’s attention, he said they had to cut some lettuce. I was the only drive up customer the entire time I waited. Given the employee’s attitude, I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Not likely to go back any time soon.
