Great burgers. I had the steakburger with mushrooms. Real steak on top of two paddies with sautéed mushrooms and cheese. I love the shoestring fries. The frozen custard is good also, had 1 scoop vanilla with hot fudge. Most people drive-through but I prefer dine in so my food is hot and fresh off the grill. Employees are very friendly.

Why four star. First time ever at a Freddy’s had the prime burger with fries. It was all super good, but the SALT. Holy Molly, it was a lot. The overall flavor of the burger and fries were great but there was so much salt to it, that it tasted like someone lost the top to the shaker and it dumped on the flat top. Like I said, first time… so maybe a one off thing but my sons burger and fries were just as incredibly salty.

We love Freddy’s and are never disappointed. On this visit we had an issue with one of the burgers; what impressed us was how the manager handled it. He was professional, responsive,and demonstrated great customer service. We had a replacement burger with minimal wait. Stuff happens and people make mistakes, but the manager could give a master class on what excellent customer service should look like.
As far as the food, everything else was great including the replacement burger. Prompt service and friendly professional staff, can definitely recommend this location.

My MIL and I went to Freddy’s for lunch and it was the best eating out experience we’ve had in a very long time. The girl at the counter we SO nice and pleasant as were 2 of the people working there and the food was super yummy! I’m really not much of a fast food eater but there is just setting about a Freddy’s burger and the skinny fries are so good. We will be back soon.

First visit. Food was delicious, warm, and presentable. I appreciated the cashier using intercom to inform me that my order was ready instead of congregating at the register. The seasoning on the fries was tasty.
It was BUSY. Our table was not cleaned from the previous customer. Floor had trash accumulating too. It would be beneficial to have someone monitor tables and floor for cleanliness.
I wanted a vanilla cone but they only had chocolate. The cone was smooth and rich. Yummy!

2 single burger meals, 1 with onion rings, one with cheese fries, everything was fresh and hot, and ready for pickup when I arrived! The restaurant itself was very clean and drink station was as well! I was greeted by 2 friendly employees as soon as I waljed in, both ready to help in whatever way possible. Great experience and great food!

I have only been to one other Freddy’s in San Antonio and now Kerrville. So far my experince has been excellent. The staff actually asked me how my day was and was very friendly. (Honestly I have never had a fast food establishment ask me this) this was amazing! Smiles from every staff member and they seemed eager to serve me fresh food! This establishment is clean and has fresh excellent food! Definitely want you to share this to your staff because this customer service is beyond what I expected from a resturant. You guys are amazing and i am excited to see you excell in Kerrville! Good Luck Freddy’s!

The fries are awful. Food was cold and fries were rock hard. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and got a double meat with cheese on toast. That’s the furthest thing from what I ordered.
