After enjoying the avocado bacon burger at Shake Shack Encore Boston Harbor last night, we decided to continue our Shake Shack run today at the Prudential Center. It’s very easy to find inside the Prudential Center mall. The restaurant was clean and busy, with lots of people dining in. Ordering was simple using the iPad kiosks. We ordered the avocado bacon burger again and also tried the SmokeShack burger—both were excellent in taste and quality. We even felt this location was better than the one at Encore Boston Harbor.

The rest of us who live on plastic / digital currency stand in line for the next kiosk to order digitally. If you are going to dine in, pls grab a table number, yes it’s a mandatory input for ordering…lol
The server brought the burger to the table ( yes based on the table number tag you entered while ordering)… I had no issues with the service.
The place is nice and clean, has a good vibe to it. Food is decent, better than fast food burgers for sure.

I ordered a veggies burger and fries, my hotel is only few minutes away, I ate it straight away when I am back in my room but everything is cold. The food was cold to begin with. The veggie patty was so salty and oily and I just could not eat it. Totally waste of money. I usually like shake shack but food at this branch is horrible. Never again.

Not sure if it was the manager, or a staff. But I think they need to learn how to accommodate some of their customers. I put my order in on the internet at Shake Shack. When I went to go pick up my food, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to come and check in. As I told the manager that I placed an order online, she acts to see the receipt on my phone. I showed it to her and she said that I ordered at the wrong location, the correct location will be on Newbury Street, I asked her if she would be able to refund it, she then took a picture of my receipt and said I should be receiving an email with my refund, I had a discount because I used the promo code and unfortunately I will not be getting that discount back. The moral of the story is please train your managers and your staff lead, customer service and Hospitality should be number one… unfortunately I will not be returning to this location even though I work directly across the street…

On the last day at Boston, before we went to the airport, we grabbed a burger from this store in Prudential Center close to the entrance to Sheraton Hotel. I love the best seller Shack Shack Burger. The fried mushroom is very crispy in contrast with the stringy cheese. very delicious. It is highly recommended.

This was my first time at a Shake Shack. I was blown away by the flavor of the burger. The milkshake was okay I’m personally not a fan of the iPad set order, but overall it was a great experience.

As a huge foodie I have to say their burger is pretty decent, very good actually. For QSR – quick service restuarant .. it’s probably one of the best if your looking for a burger. This location having been twice in 3 days since I was lodged at the local Sheraton within the same mall is terrible. Way over staffed and no one is in ‘charge’?? It wasn’t busy either time and it took forever to get my burger. Terrible and unexceptable service. Where’s the Chief?!

(after I posted) it’s true the staff here is terrible. As a business owner myself. You need to find a leader to lead the worker bees. This place was packed as I walked by during one of the days I was here….full of kids. One day those kids are going to feel the same as I….who the F is in charge here??

I did dine in and paid at the self serve touchpad. If you chose dine in take the number you put on the order and you can sit down at a table anywhere in the lobby and they’ll bring your food tray to you. Typing this down because I had a random person ask me if they bring the food to the table or not and I told them yes they do if you choose dine in. I’m only putting 4 stars for the food because they barely put any cheese sauce on my cheesy fries.
