Come see Janna. I asked her…What the heck? Why so many people in the middle of the afternoon?

Wanted to get out of the house and this place popped up on Google. Hard to find, unpretentious. Prices mostly $20+ so I was surprised to see so many people. I ordered a small plate, and there was also ramen soup as option but I didn’t see soup on the menu or I would have gotten it. I’m trying the meat jun, as I never had that as thin, breaded meat. But smells are good. Music is sublime.

Food arrived. So tender. Right proportions. Will try shoyu chicken or kalua pig plate
next time as it had a lot of orders.

Janna very kind. I was freezing so she warmed some lemon water for me.

Recommend to add: variety of hot drinks. Make soup more visible. Maybe highlight on special boards according to weather.

Will return.

Tiny hole in the wall. Expect to get your food to go, only 4 tables and a smaller bar area.
It was my birthday lunch so we got a variety of different dishes, kalua pig, lau lau ,mochi, katsu,,spam matsubi, Mac salad All of the food was really good (I was born in Hawaii) the Mac salad was done correctly no pineapple, or weird fruit. A lot like L&L barbecue but better.

Authentic and reasonably priced. The seating area is quite small with two tables that sits 4 and some bar stools. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The guava cake is heavenly delightful, light, fluffy, not too sweet.

They sell some Hawaiian souvenirs as well.

Very tiny place but the food- Amazing! Their guava cake may be my new favorite, the mochi is delicious! I had a shoyu chicken combo and it was so good! Even the canned drinks they offer are great!

I ordered the Mini Kalua Pork Cabbage to go. Only thing mini was the price! Best Hawaiian food I’ve had since I moved back from Mililani. The pork was a little onion-y but that is a personal problem. It was juicy and flavorful, real smoked flavor. Will be going again, and taking the family!

Don’t turn into the alley your GPS recommends, turn at the light next to it.

Where do I start?
The food is amazing, staff is amazing, and the restaurant is small and cute/cozy.
The prices are very affordable and there are many options to choose from, so many that you will have a hard time picking!
My step mom is Hawaiian so I always try to find authentic Hawaiian food everywhere I go.
I am a returning customer !

This is easily, hands down, one of my new favourite places ever. My sister and I ordered the chicken katsu curry, fried spam musubi, and guava cake. Everything we ordered was ridiculously delicious. I’m currently very full and very happy. The people working there were very kind as well 🙂 All around an easy 11/10

It was our first time here tonight. We had high expectations based on other reviews, and we were not disappointed. We ordered the Kalua Pig, Mochiko Chicken, and Loco Moco. Everything was delicious!!! At the end of the meal, one of the workers even gave us three free spam musubis to try. Ironically enough, the free items were the most delicious items. Do yourself a favor, and come eat at this place. Friendly owners, delicious authentic Hawaiian food, and an inviting atmosphere. Who could ask for more?
