This is honestly the worst simple Simon’s I’ve been to. I ordered a regular supreme cheese bread and cinnamon bread. There was hardly any cheese, the breading was so thin I couldn’t even call it thin crust. The simple Simon’s in stroud… literally up the road….. has better cooks. So disappointed

Kennys is a very enjoyable place to stop in for gas, fountain or their deli. Has very friendly counter/workers! Always hear ‘Hi’ – ‘What can I get for you’? ‘Have a nice/good day’! or ‘Thank you’! Helpful & friendly staff. Fresh deli + pizza made to order along with their BBQ (that the guys start early every morning throughout the day). May be a small store compared to bigger name chain stores, but where it’s located, the hours, food and the GREAT STAFF (every shift)!! My #1 pick & has been for several yrs. Stop in and say ‘Howdy’, to Jennifer, Robert, Mark and ALL the evening/night crew! KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB YAWL (Kenny).

Location is inside a gas station with no signs outside or inside. The man who took our order on the phone missed part of our order. When I called back I was on hold for 8 1/2 minutes. I actually drove back to the pizza place and was still on hold when I walked in the door. They made no apologies except to offer to make it all over again. We’ll drive to the Depew location next time.

The worst customer service in town! It’s sad because Kenny’s food is incredible. However staff makes you not want to order from simple Simon’s, they always have a 45 minute wait at the very minimal, and normally never have the food ready when you go to pick up (on time).

My daughter worked there and The owner Kenny is extremely rude she quit and he followed her to her car and and when she got in he started beating on her car also my friend broke down there and he came out cussing us out threatening to call the police even after she spent $60 on gas I highly doubt we’ll ever do business there again what a shame.
