Great experience I just had. Ordered from here for lunch today, first time ever trying the place. I got a bowl and a protein shake and both were amazing! High quality and a huge portion size. I’m very impressed. I also appreciated how they have a freezer that keeps your shake cold before you come and get it. Definitely 10/10 recommend this place!

I had a great experience here! I ordered a bowl and William was super helpful and kind throughout the process. Robert was making fresh barbecue chicken, and wow it was incredibly juicy and easily some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the service was top-tier. We have been repeat customers for a few years now. We love that they cook the salmon fresh, while we wait. We also like the fact, they cold press their almond milk for the yummy shakes with real fruit! Great service with a smile! Like the music.

CAUTION: Not at all what is advertised. Food is marinated in vegetable oil. Peanut butter is cheap with added oils and sugars from a massive vat. They had a sign that stated the almond milk was made in house, and upon asking it no longer is and it’s just from Publix. I came here because I have allergies and I wanted clean ingredients and they advertised and STILL advertise in store many facts about how clean it is. But I asked to read labels and I was so sad to see that they have cut corners and are not communicating truthfully what is In their products. Thank goodness I asked to read labels. Very disappointed. I took photos of the signs that directly contradict what actually is in the food.

12/2/2021 Tried for the first time, started with a kids meal for starters, something small. It was delicious, and I am excited to see that it is on the path that I take home from work every day, and a ten minute bicycle ride from home on the weekend. Had shredded kale with citrus herb grilled chicken and lemon agave dressing. Yum. Had enough chicken for leftover lunch today (devoured all the kale last night).Thanks 🙂
12/4 Second time here. Better than the first. Highly recommended. Chicken with kale, quinoa, sweet potatoes and the lemon agave dressing again. Delicious.

Service and staff were really friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is that they incorrectly use the Gluten Free symbol. I was in there a little longer than I should of been because they had to explain to me how they use the symbol, which is incorrect. They use it as a not gluten free item/symbol which is confusing. My shake also taste kinda chemical like. Something about is off, Im not sure. Location is convient and its very nice to have something in the gym to ultilize when you need a shake or some food. Shame about the GF though, wouldnt recommend if you are Gluten intolerant or if you have celiac disease. Theres too much question about what is in what and what items are or arent GF.
